Awful awful awful. The pricing of the materials was Good thing about this store. The installers, Watson flooring, did an awful install job. They cut some floorboards to short. They then cut other floorboards to long, leaving the floorboards bowing upwards. They failed to level out a floor. They failed to communicate this with their subcontractors. FIVE MONTHS LATER, they still have not rectified all the problems of the install. I have spent hours and hours and hours, if not days, on the phone, emailing, texting. The store managers said they could not do anything and I had to call head office. head office have failed to follow up and remedy the situation. The install guys said they were going to remedy the problem, showed up, fixed. one problem then walked off the job again. WARNING!!! DO not do not do not do not do not use this company's installers.

Bought $7500 worth of bead board for the ceilings in our new cabin at the Beckley, WV store - buyer beware —— they ordered 6’ boards which are not long enough to miter for nice seams to allow for expansion and contraction because the miters make the boards too short to meet on 24” centers. When I originally complained they said 6’ was the only length the bead board comes in and basically said we’d have to make do. After my husband and myself complaining several times they agreed to take back the boards that had not been cut or damaged. Roughly 20% of the boards have large open knot holes and 10% of the boards have dents in them from the straps that hold the boards to the pallet for transport. We have also come across quite a few boards the have splits in them. Just make sure you know exactly what you are getting before you order.
