Would recommend Wes and his crew to anyone. We had a late evening emergency with our roof leaking and calling for storms all night. After multiple calls to multiple businesses who advertise 24/7 emergency, Wes was the only one who answered the call. Living in Pittsburgh, it was a 2 hour drive and he made the trip. He was able to tarp the leak during a rainstorm. He was very involved with the homeowners insurance representative and fought hard to get our roof covered. He was in constant communication with updates. His crew came in and finished the job in one day. Wes is very trustworthy and does the job right!

My husband and I built our house in bridgeport just a little over 2 years ago. After moving in we began to notice a slow leak in our roof. Over time that slow leak became a major issue causing us to have to rip a hole in the ceiling of our garage. Our contractor who built our home wouldn’t come to look at it or help us getting it resolved even though it started just after we moved in and had a few heavy rains. After dealing with this for so long we decided to take matters into our own hands and call north central building solutions. Wes and his crew are phenomenal! They came out and took a look at our roof just a couple days after I called and discovered that the original roofers didn’t put flashing on parts of the roof causing us to have water leaking in our garage every time it rained. Within a week or 2 they came out and fixed our roof and I’m so happy to say we haven’t had a leak since! They are professional, quick and take pride in their work so they ensure things are done right. Would definitely recommend them to any family and friends that need their services.

Paid this company up front which was a big mistake because they didn't complete the work and just took my money and ran. They left nails and trash all through my yard and porch, they failed to do a clean up. Causing danger to my pets and kids. Said they were going to replace any wood work so siding could be hung properly and they lied and just put up the siding over bad boards that I paid them to replace. Now I have huge waves all through the siding, they cut my satellite cables, broke all my porch lights and destroyed my gutters, and didn't even hang up what they took down. Also removed my vents and just left holes on my house. Also cut with a saw my house and left big holes and didn't fix this as well. I also had in the contract to be completed which was soffit and facia which as you can see in the photos they did not do.

I could not be more pleased with the work done by NCBS! I have a very steep roof so it was not an easy task. Every step of the way they handled everything very professionally. The weather also wasn’t cooperating that week but they were able to get it done in one day, staying there from sun up to sun down. They showed up the next day to add some finishing touches and clean everything up. All of the employees I dealt with were very friendly and actually cared about my concerns and what I needed done. Matt stayed in contact with me the entire day to keep me posted on how it was going. My roof looks great and I am so relieved to have it done. They will be installing new gutters soon as well. I highly recommend them!
