And the total service charge was very reasonable. A lot less than I expected.

We’ve been customers for over 10 years; with the current system install in 2010, annual checkups, and two emergency repairs. They do the proper measurements and math for new installs. The annual checkups are thorough and they answer all my MANY questions. The two emergency repairs were handled quickly and methodically (they didn’t just throw parts & labor at the problems). Doug and everyone I’ve ever interacted with are always professional, courteous, and patient.
