Schumacher Homes of Charleston started building my daughters home they started out doing ok. But they haven't touched the house since March it's sitting there with her kitchen cabinets sitting in open garage for months. They started putting siding on the house and had to take it off because it wasn't put on right. The contractor putting siding on showed up with NO ladders or tools. Schumacher is charging them about 1/2 million dollars for this house. So you would think they would have professionals doing the work. Lots of people are watching the progress on this house. This was going to be my daughter's dream home and it's turned into a Nightmare! It's costing her every month! Please pray for them.

I was fortunate to have met the entire staff this morning at Schumacher Home's of Charleston. I feel like I became part of a new family. If you are even thinking of changing your housing situation, do yourself a favor and GO THERE! They will make you feel like the most important person alive. They are fair and super friendly.They listen to your needs and strive to over deliver on your expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and guarantee you that you will also. Thanks Jeff and all of the hard working person around you!

Great Mexican food! A quaint stop in Pineville, WV with a full menu and exceptional Burrito! Nice friendly down home folks! Also had an upstairs serving area with closed in overlook on the creek with a cantina! Great small atmosphere! Must visit!
