no earlier than 9 am. the city does not allow traffic to stop before 9 am.
The people are very nice and professional. When you walk in there is a big dog. The dock is not for the faint of heart. It’s on a level 100, but the people will help you.

We were sent to Smith through another local retailer as they did not have the tile we needed to repair a master shower floor that was improperly installed by our home's builder. I took a sample piece of the original tile hoping to match it, but since that was impossible, we started looking at tile that would compliment the existing tile as we had no plans to rip out the entire large shower. The initial contact was quite pleasant, and we found the designer so helpful as she steered us toward some beautiful travertine that would contrast well with the existing tile. We were so impressed with the tile, we decided to purchase additional to replace damaged tile in our kitchen, again using it to contrast but coordinate with what was already there. Knowing nothing about tile, we assumed going to the experts would provide us expert advice. That was where our naivete cost us dearly. When we brought the tile home, our contractor discovered that the tile for the kitchen was at least 1/8" too thick to blend with the existing tile, despite the fact that a piece of the existing was brought as a sample in the first place. Secondly, the contractor expressed serious concern that the travertine would be too slick for the floor of the shower and upon further research, I found that smooth travertine can never be used as a surface in a wet area. I immediately contacted Smith and the designer admitted she never would have considered either situation, despite the fact the entire initial discussion was solely about replacing a shower floor and the additional conversation centered around redoing a small area in the kitchen. I asked if I could simply return the tile and replace it with another type that would be suitable for both projects, so the money would be the same in the end. She did not know, but indicated she would have the owner call me. I waited a day and when I received no return call, I called again and then spoke to the owner. I explained the situation thoroughly and he said because it was a special order, there were no returns. I told him I appreciated that base policy, but that this is an entirely different matter than just changing our minds; we sought advice from the experts and we expected expert service and instead, we were entirely misled and misdirected. He became very cold and rude, repeating over and over the policy of no returns regardless, of the circumstances. I finally recognized the futility of trying to reason with a hateful and completely unaccomodating owner and hung up. Never, ever do business with these people. Their products are beautiful, but their customer service is atrocious. I am now out nearly $1500 for tile for which I have no use and I still have no tile for my projects.

Good showroom, but rude, evasive sales person failed to follow up initial requests for info. I later went ahead and placed the order without the information I requested and after calling twice to obtain that information. No calls were returned. When we were discussing options at the beginning I observed some poor worker guy enter needing something and was basically told in our presence to leave the showroom since he did not schedule an appointment. We felt sorry for him. It was awkward. When I ultimately showed up to pay, it was $400 more than quoted earlier the same week due to a mistake that she could not or would not explain. The general public is not treated well here. Maybe contractors fare better. It will be interesting to see if my order ends up being correctly and completely filled. I am holding my breath. But I will not be back.

Good people but it's one dock and you're backing from the street! They block traffic and the older gentleman will help you get in the dock, but you gotta know how to back. Take your time and you'll be okay. Focus! You also have to disconnect from trailer guys. Good luck!

One of the more difficult places to get into with a 53' trailer. However the guys here are well experienced to help guide you in. They stop traffic in both directions. As you can see from photo you have to drop your trailer and end up blocking one lane of traffic. They block traffic again so you can get hooked and book.
