Davis Kitchen and Tile did an excellent job remodeling our master bathroom. We went through this process before at our old house with a different company, and the entire process was easier and faster with better results than before. We showed Lyndsey a few pictures of what we wanted, and she did such an impressive job designing exactly what we wanted. We didn’t need to change a thing! Also, Gary’s attention to detail is unsurpassed. I would recommend Davis Kitchen and Tile without reservation and will gladly hire them again if we decide to do any more work to our house!
The company was a pleasure to work with on our project. Very patient and informative with design selections. The installation went seamless. Professional all around. Much recommended.

I'll start by sharing that I am generally pleased with the final renovations of my bathroom and kitchen.
The good: the installers were responsive and thoughtful about the work they were doing and how the items would be used, the materials used were high quality and the overall aesthetic looks great.
The not so good: Communication!!! Communication on my project was almost non-existent from the start and I was dealing directly with the installers on a daily basis to ask about timing, answer questions about the design and troubleshoot issues. The communication definitely went downhill after I complained to the project manager.
The design. I had to troubleshoot issues with the design directly with the installers because the plans were not made with human use in mind. The design worked on paper, but was not functional. Fine, I can see how this happens , but again, this comes down to communication. The designer wasn't in communication with the installers or maybe the project manager or the project manager wasn't communicating with the designer or the installers, I don't know, but I ended up on multiple calls with everyone individually and things still weren't being communicated amongst the Davis team.
The final product. Apparently I selected some materials that were difficult to work with. Ok, I wouldn't know that, and if they are too tough to install, perhaps they shouldn't carry them. The team ran out of bathroom tile and there are still some slightly chipped pieces in the shower. Thankfully most are in places that are not readily visible.
I'll be honest, I feel like things got off on the wrong foot and the team never fully recovered. The owner was more than helpful and attempted to mitigate the issues as much as possible. I appreciate his professionalism in dealing with the issues. I wish I could recommend Davis, but I won't be using them for my downstairs bathroom renovation.

This design, planning and construction took a year. Much of the time was eaten up by global material / supply chain issues and the demand created by a large number of remodeling customers during COVID era. The design was exactly what we wanted, and the build brought the design to life. We are very happy and pleased with the outcome.
We can not compliment the skill tradesmen on the Davis team enough. They know their stuff; are polite; maintained a safe and clean work space; kept us informed of what they were doing and any issues/concerns they had. The guys take pride in their work and want the customer to be more than satisfied with their work product.

DKT changed ownership last year. Their installers are GREAT...when they're allowed to work on a project. New ownership has them working on multiple projects at one time. Our kitchen was demoed in about a week and left sitting gutted for 2 weeks before we saw another installer. Our "3-5 week" kitchen remodel took 7 months start to finish. It was the most frustrating experience of my life. We had different installers working on our project at different times so work wasn't always consistent. The installers themselves were frustrated with being sent here and there on different days. If they'd just left the same installers from start to finish on one project, it would have been so much better.

Excellent variety to choose from. The hours are not the greatest for those who work. Must say one of the best show rooms I've been in, wishing I had more time to look and think before they closed.

We just finished a kitchen remodel with Davis Kitchen and Tile and I can’t even tell you how happy we are! The entire process was fabulous. Lyndsey helped us with all of the many decisions that needed to be made about things I’d never thought of!! Gary was amazing at everything! He did such a good job and is definitely a true professional. We couldn’t be more pleased with our new kitchen and will recommend them to everyone!!

Davis Kitchen and Tile remodeled two bathrooms in my house and they did a wonderful job in designing, demolishing and installing our bathrooms. I'm very particular and they met my expectations in craftsmanship, dependability and professionalism. They also reconstructed my kitchen island that was improperly designed by another Morgantown company. My only regret is that I didn't employ them when I remodeled my kitchen!
