One star for this business as they never came or called us back after speaking to someone 4 times. Very poor customer service. Terrible. I was referred to your business and hoping to get some commercial glass work done. I called and spoke to someone 4 separate times trying to get someone out. The woman answering the phone assured me that someone would call back and then come out. It’s been weeks and multiple calls since then and nothing. Would not recommend to friends and family. We will be going with Central Glass Company and I would recommend you do too. Do not use this business.

I ordered a custom piece of glass yesterday and got called in less than 12 hrs that my order was ready! Glass fits perfect and looks great on top of an antique wicker basket that we are using as an end table. The gentlemen on the phone was very nice and answered all my questions when I placed my order. When I arrived to pick up my order the guy at the front desk ( may be the same guy I placed the order with ) and was very nice and prompt in assisting with my checkout and carried the piece out to my car. 10 out of 10 for customer service and service of my order ?

Needed to replace 2 windows in order to sell my house. The team at Mountaineer Glass made the process super easy. I brought all four panels in, they made the measurements, ordered the glass, and in about a week I had all four panes replaced for s price lower than I expected to pay.
