Upgraded our panel box about 3 weeks ago, then yesterday a contractor was laying new flooring and cut some wires "hot water heater, ceiling fans.."top of the line came out first thing in the morning and replaced and corrected everything! I find that very insulting to give a negative review for not wearing a mask!!! This person should have informed you when making the appointment that they have a mask requirement not waiting until the day of the appointment. That's their problem!!! People want someone to get the job done like your company does not if you got a mask on.

I recently moved to the Martinsburg - Inwood area from out of state and purchased a 1980's property. The inspection recommended having an electrical system review. I called Top of The Line Electric (TTLE) and they were quick to respond and adjust to my schedule. The bid that was provided was very reasonable considering the experience and quality this team provides. I had 2 service panels removed/upgraded along with other work. TTLE discovered a multitude of severe hazards (fire) from previous owners lack of skill and upkeep. It's difficult to capture how excellent of a job they did and the feeling of not needing to worry about my home catching fire from poor electrical work. I'm already planning to hire Ben and his team for future projects (renovations). Summary - very professional, meticulous, trustworthy, high quality, and willingness to teach if you have questions or concerns.
