From the start of our project until the end our experience was 5 star! Doug, our contractor, handled everything in a timely manner and communicated throughout the process. Last minute we decided we wanted new gutters on our out buildings as well as home and garage and it was no problem. Our roof is leak free and looks great! Our new gutters amazing as well. Highly recommend this company!!
It was a pleasure to work with High Point Roofing. Joey kept us informed every step of the way, from the initial roof inspection to the completion. He worked with our adjuster and made the insurance claim flow smoothly. The crew cleaned up and we would have never known they were there if we hadn’t been home. We will call High Point for all our exterior home needs in the future.

High Point Roofing made the experience of replacing my roof Seamless. Joey, the Project Manager, completed a inspection of the roof and found hail damage. He took pictures and measurements that day to submit to my homeowners insurance company. When I called the Homeowners Insurance and mentioned High Point Roofing, my Adjuster said " I dont need anything further from you I will get the rest from High Point Roofing. We work with them all the time. They are a experienced and reliable company." That statement, told me I made the best choice. In a matter of days I was picking the color for my new roof. The roofing Team at High Point Roofing did a great job on replacing my roof. The Team was on time the day of installation and did a great job. The cleanup was impressive. High Point Roofing helped me through the insurance process. The owners Anthony, and Dustin, are very good and caring people. They care about their customers. I dealt directly with Damian he is great and very helpful. The crew that was here were great. They worked quickly, did a great job. The new roof looks great. 50 year shingles. I am very very pleased all the way around.

What’s the first time we’ve had any major renovation done these guys were hands on they showed up like they said they worked great they did clean up. They were an amazing crew. I would highly recommend Highpoint best contractors I ever had the privilege of working with. Thank you so much for making our home safe, Dominic was awesome came out he explained to us what was going to happen was on the site often on we just love Highpoint thanks Highpoint roofing for all of what you did for the pay

Excellent service from my initial call to set up an appointment, to inspection and estimate, to complete roof installation. The best prices throughout the panhandle, and definitely the best products. The installers we nice and immediately got to business. All common areas were covered from debris and clean-up was thorough. I highly recommend High Point Roofing to everyone who wants great service and product.

Dustin and Anthony take customer service seriously. They have many years of experience and it really shows. Their own crew gave our cape cod on Tennessee Avenue in Martinburg a total refresh. Who knew a roof could make such a change to the aesthetic. So after the roof we decided to get the gutters replaced. They were dented, nails coming out and badly weathered. We also found out the old gutters were not properly sized. They would always over flow. Now they look great, function properly and look so much better.
Next task is painting the shutters and new siding. Next year though!
