I don’t have adequate words to describe how pleased I am with my new flooring and the wonderful job from start to finish that Thomas, Chris and Eric did. From the beginning of explaining the different options to visiting my home with samples and making sure everything was as expected. Eric is very skilled as an installer and makes sure everything is completed well. They are so friendly and trustworthy. If you’re thinking of having new flooring I highly recommend Lavalette Carpet and Tile.
Chris at store was great to deal with from the beginning to end of project, carpet was ordered on time , arrived on time , installed on time & installers were very good at what they did removing old carpet , installing new, & hauling away old! Very happy with service. Gene Pancake

We just had the floors in the living room, dining room and central hall re-floored by Lavalette Floor and Tile. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the outcome. Thomas and Chris were really helpful and knowledgeable in helping us make our selection. The stars of the show were David, Justin and Dameon who installed our floors. Great job guys! Thanks so much.

Working with Lavalette Carpet and Tile has been a joy. Chris and Thomas are very knowledgeable about their extensive line of products. Thomas was available to answer questions about installation and he went the extra mile to help make my project perfect. The Coretec flooring looks great in my new kitchen and breakfast room and the carpet in the family room makes it warm and cozy.

My experience with Lavalette Carpet and Tile was great. Chris was my point of contact and he was very personable, prompt and willing to help. The installers did a great job and worked until we were happy with the end product. Chris kept me informed about everything, from the movement of materials to the installation dates, and they showed up when they said they would. Really great business to work with.

You all know those small remodel projects we start which turn into major repairs, right? A small half-bath off the garage was one of them. I had originally planned to put flooring down myself. The reality is I sought out Chris at Lavalette Carpet and Tile to have the task done professionally by an installer. Key factor in choosing them is it is locally owned and operated ~ this is important when I need customer service which I simply have not found at big box stores. It was a small job for a pro, really. Eric (installer with experience of decades) got the material installed in a short time and it looked far better than anything I could do. Decent price was obtained for material as I was not picky about what was to be placed as long as it was the best for resisting water and pet stains. Reasonable price for professional install was worth every penny. I'll do business here again.

I have had Lavalette Carpet and Tile install flooring at my personal home and two of my investment properties now. They have been top notch and great customer service. They deliver the best price and quality of flooring. I would give them 10 out of 5 stars!
