My wife and I spent a fair bit of time researching companies and finding the best fit for our needs. The kitchen remodel has been the biggest project we've tackled so far. I cannot express enough how professional Mountaineer and their team was. Our sales consultant was Matt and he did not disappoint. As you can imagine being without a kitchen, in our case 2 weeks was stressful, but after week one we had a functional kitchen minus counter tops which was communicated to us well in advance. We called Mountaineer about a year ago to start planning / budgeting our kitchen remodel. From the beginning Wendy was very helpful and responsive. She came out to our house for a site visit, took measurements, talked about what we wanted to achieve and went back to start working on plans and cost. Wendy worked with us to create a pleasant functional kitchen space with staying within our budget. She was also very patient with the changes along the way and accommodated the changes with new drawings each time. She also provided each detailed cabinet measurement to ensure we had enough cabinet space. We love our new kitchen and are very happy with the end result. Kudos to Wendy and the contractor Randy for a job well done.

Simply THE BEST!!! Not even close! There is absolutely NO ONE I will trust with our house other than Mountaineer!! Ben has the ability to listen, Digest what you want, then will tell you exactly what you're thinking while asking the perfect probing questions to fine tune, improve, and even offer things you may not have thought of! I knew in the first 10 minutes that we had not only the right place but we were dealing with someone that was also able to DESIGN at the same time. The KEY THAT HOOKED ME. When Ben's crew starts the demo, and there is something unforeseen (THERE ALWAYS IS!!!), their ability to deal with those obstacles is something I have NEVER seen!!! We had several issues that none of us could ever have anticipated (ripping out a kitchen will do that!!)...AND THIS IS THE DIFFERENCE WHEN YOU'RE SPENDING A LOT OF MONEY...Mountaineer knows EXACTLY how to fix things THE RIGHT WAY and they keep you informed every step of the way. I have had hired people that panic at an unforeseen problem but Mountaineer immediately analyzes and FIXES IT!!! No panic...no complaining...they make IT THEIR problem!! I haven't even gotten to the HONESTY and trustworthiness of these guys!!! They are 100% focused on your happiness and no matter what- you are NEVER a bother when you have questions. If anything doesn't go EXACTLY as expected, they notify you and share all your options. I'm so thoroughly impressed!! Ben and team took a designer's sketch and made it LITERALLY come to life!! When you are spending Renovation money, you HAVE to make sure they're honest, stick by their work, and do things right. These guys exceeded EVERY expectation!!! The pics are proof positive and they are our GO-TO RESOURCE!!! Sharing before and after pics! I bet you'll be able to tell which is the final product!!!

Our family needed to replace 2 bathrooms. We shopped around and decided to use Mountaineer Kitchen and Baths. They were helpful with our design, had a good value for all the work that needed to be completed, and were easy to work with. They began our job on schedule, they sent their workers everyday, all day, until the job was finished, which was truly appreciated. The hall bath was done very quickly but the workmanship was beautiful. The men that work for the company were extremely kind, respectful, and very hard workers. Thanks goes to Ben our salesperson, Raymond, Isaiah, Cam, Harry, Chris, Randy, Travis, Corey, and our electricians. These men worked consistently, did amazing work, and cared about what we wanted. They only cared about our happiness with their work. Buck the project manager called me at least once a week to make sure that I was happy with the progress and the quality of their work. The master bath was a HUGE job. We took a 4th bedroom and used half for a walk-in closet and the other half to enlarge the bathroom. We moved the 3rd closet to the fourth bedroom closet to make a laundry closet, and enlarged the closet in the fourth bedroom. Our bathrooms are beautiful. I just can't say enough about the consistency and quality of their work. Also, we came in under the estimate which thrilled us. We are going to do some more work in the future and I will be using them again. Thank you Mountaineer Kitchens and Baths for making our tired bathrooms gorgeous and places we love to be.

Absolutely wonderful experience! From the design to the installation and finished project the entire team was professional, courteous and friendly. They took an extremely small kitchen with no storage or flow to it and made a gorgeous kitchen with tons of storage and smooth flow. Everyone in the neighborhood has stopped to see it, and have had nothing but high compliments about it! It's absolutely stunning!! I highly recommend Mountaineer!!

Worked with Jake getting material spec'd for multiple projects that we had on our wish list. He provided competitive pricing and availability of what we were looking for. We decided to go with Mountaineer Kitchen and Bath to provide and install new quartz countertops, sink, disposal and new backsplash in our kitchen. Communication and scheduling through Jake went well and contractors showed up as planned and performed their trades. There were a few minor issues that were identified - Jake took them seriously and had them resolved promptly which shows character in both the staff and business model. Any project will have them; it's how they are handled that makes the difference. Overall, we are extremely happy with the work and product provided to us. Will be reaching out again to them when it's time to do more projects.
