I moved in this past May. I would not recommend. I knew I was off to a bad start on closing day when I was given the keys and they were the wrong keys. Next, the dryer couldn’t be installed due to an incorrect part. A piece of siding has fallen off. Now I have been without a microwave for two weeks. The microwave keeps blowing the breaker.Floor scratched prior to moving in. Not a happy customer.

Attention to detail and treat everyone like family from start to finish. You will not get this kind of service from a national "chain" builder. Quite impressive to see in today's business environment.
