Called to get an estimate for moving and installing some outlets and light fixtures. Was told "Craig's doesn't play that game". Oh well; guess we will be using another electrician
After having trouble with another bunch, I got a lead on Craig. He had two guys at my house in about 30 minutes and showed up himself 15 minutes later. I couldn't have got an ambulance to my place any quicker. And you're not going to meet a nicer bunch of guys that are personable, highly skilled and highly professional. By the time it was all said and done there were people everywhere working together like a machine on overdrive and provided even more services than I had expected for a better price than the other bunch. They even filled the hot tub with hot water, 112, wow, we had to wait for it to cool down a bit. In all my life I have never had better service from a company than I have with Craig's, not even close. And you would be hard pressed to find a nicer bunch of guys, we're still in amazement and will never use any other company ever again. If you need electrical work or many other services, Craig's is the one and only company to call. I will never even consider using anyone else. Our many thanks again to Craig and his amazing team!!!

They did all electrical work (panel and all) for my pool. Excellent work, very professional, everything was done in time and the final look of all the pool panel and switches was perfect. Very easy to communicate and reasonable pricing.

I needed some electrical panel work done and Craig's was able to do it for me on short notice. Craig was very responsive and he and the crew were very timely. They did work that exceeded my expectations. The electricians were very friendly and communative. I am so happy that I found them to do the work.

We recently purchased a Caldera Kauai Hot Tub from Travis at Flohr Pools in Martinsburg, WV. Travis recommended and coordinated installation with Craig of Craig's General Contracting and Electrical. Craig and his team expertly connected the hot tub to our electrical panel and tested the hot tub. Despite covid and freezing winter conditions, Craig's General Contracting and Electrical provided awesome service and support!

I've had a very positive experience with the Craig's team: Doug, Joe and Lisa. My hot tub main power box and heater tube, were both in need of serious trouble shooting and replacement. Location was The Woods, WV. Although it took awhile to get the heater replacement part in, the work crew went over and beyond in very hot and stormy weather conditions.
BOTTOM LINE: If you have any home, pool, or spa (hot tub) issue, call Craig's Electrical FIRST. My initial service call to my hot tub vendor was a waste of time and money.
Thanks again to the Craig's team for addressing a multitude of electrical issues, plus their pricing was very reasonable, considering the level of effort required to complete the job.
I WOULD DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
