Josh and his crew work like we'll oiled machined putting up our fence. Answered all my questions and provided excellent professional service. I would recommend Cust Fence & decking to all who need a fence installed. 10 out of 10.
After a rocky first interaction with some miscommunication, this company has excellent customer service. After the initial review I wrote, I was contacted by Isaac and he took care of the problem. Within a day, he made sure that there would be people to come out and adjust the fence exactly how I want it.
Edit: Customer service-wise, they are just fine, but their installers are horrible. Why can’t you just knock and ask how everything looks before leaving? You come out here to fix the fence and don’t check to see if I’m happy. You just leave? That’s honestly crazy to me. I’m not a fence guy, so I would have appreciated some explanation from the builders before and after they installed the fence, but no. I never got explained about the fence not being flush with the ground. I never got explained why the fence was flush in some areas. If they would’ve just stuck around for a second to see if I was happy and asked if I had any questions, I wouldn’t have had to waste their time to come out. I don’t want to have to keep calling somebody out here based on these small things that shouldn’t even be issues had they not just hurried up and left without checking with me.
Whoever came to fix my fence, do better. That person was here installing the fence the first time and also didn’t check on me. He acts like he’s in a hurry and leaves. I don’t care how “good” the company claims he is. I see all this talk about how kind and curteous they are, but I don’t see it. At least he knocked this time. Is it standard practice to not check with the homeowner before leaving?
I don’t doubt that when it cones to installing a fence that they know what they are doing. They installed it perfectly the first time, but I, an uninformed customer, just didn’t know. I wish I would have. I wouldn’t have wasted their time coming back out.

They lack on following through with what they claim. I was told they could give me a quote with my plot blue prints and would get back to me shortly. After I received that text, I receive a notification they scheduled to come out on that day, which I never agreed to. They then tell me it's just an automated thing but he was putting a quote together with my plot info and will get back to me shortly, the same day. I reach back out 5 days later to see when they plan on sending the quote. Now he's saying he's planning to go out there to the properly Wednesday. I had no idea of any of this bc they lack communication. Needless to say, I told Issac not to worry about it that we willgo with someone else.

Great work on installation and even better on support after a minor issue. Very quick on the installation as well as addressing the issue. Also, very competitive price. Recommend it 100%!

Always support local businesses because they give back to the community. Brian and crew did a wonderful job fencing in our pool on a very short notice. Outstanding work can’t wait to have them do my next pool or yard
