UPDATE: Dudleys just installed our new hvac system. So impressed with the crew's expertise and thoroughness. Looking forward to no stress Warm in the Winter and Cool in the Summer!! I highly recommend Dudleys, their entire staff is professional, friendly and absolutely top shelf.
Jerry is the absolute best. He goes out of his way to make sure you're satisfied and happy with his work and the units you purchase. Great communication and if you need to finance, he has sources to help.
He came out during the cold/snow snap, the same day we called for service. Absolutely great to work with.
Had them servicing my unit for years! Always great service very friendly and will always recommend them.

Don't use this business if you want honest advice. They took us for 700$ selling us a fan for what is a broken 30yo HVAC SYSTEM. They knew what was wrong. Now they're avoiding our calls, but not my friends, who told them to make it right. The owner comes out and puts Freon in, which leaks out in one day. Proof he knew it was a leak right?! They won't take accountability. POOR BUSINESS ETHICS. BBB has been notified. I dont care how long you have managed to stay in business. No wonder you have when you rip off elderly, single women. There was no place to review you online 30 years ago, but Id love to know who else you have played. I'll bring this fan back to you and maybe my mother can get half of her money back. That would be fair. I recommend TriState HVAC to anyone because they fixed what you DID NOT. That could've been 15k in your pocket. I do not like to give negative reviews, but I only speak the truth.

We have had Dudley's out to assist with our aging HVAC unit several times and they are always punctual, kind and helpful!

We have had the guys out a few times to service/repair our 18 year old heat pumps. Great service start to finish!!! They show up when they say, communicate well, and are very professional on site. We have a home warranty so have to use who they recommend and it can't be any easier!!!

They are always fast, and efficient and take care of all my heating and cooling needs! Especially great at keeping my 1995 systems running. Heater went out right before the first snow of the year and they squeezed me in on a Friday before the bad weather. They had all the parts to get it back on fast. When I need a new system, I'm calling Dudley's for it.

Dudley's saved our butts again! Same day service for faulty thermostat in the winter right before Christmas. Professional service and reasonable prices. Dudleys' has been our go-to HVAC for 3 years now and we're staying.

Dudley’s Heating & Air was phenomenal considering being mid-December and it was 44 degrees in the house! Mr. Dudley was great about explaining everything and showing what happened - mice chewed through wires and caused them to burn and had to replace the heat strip. They have a permanent customer now! Thank you so much!

Needed an emergency repair. The company I used for the past year had a message saying they were too busy and to call someone else. I left a message at Dudley's. Got a call back on a Saturday and few hours later they came and repaired my unit. Very professional and friendly! I have a new company now! I highly recommend Dudley's.
