Had so many initial issues with new construction that they did come out and repeatedly had to address.Issues with paint that is so cheap and caulking . Issues three or more times with sink leaking . Air blowing through doors not set correctly. Issues with flooring . Now fireplace has heavy draft blowing through it and they know it’s problem and I have email from Raymond Smith Jr knowing it is a problem and they will not address it . Secondly my wall has three foot crack I requested them to come look at they refused , saying we will address it in year . Also caulking so bad in basement sink the countertop about to fall out . Never been completely satisfied by the attempts to correct paint but they don’t care.
I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with Four Points Construction. This is the fourth new-construction home we have purchased over the years, and it was also the best and most seamless experience we have had. The house appears to be constructed with genuine quality. The relatively few minor problems we encountered with the home were remedied in a timely manner, and were fully corrected to our satisfaction. The project manager and warranty coordinator were resourceful, attentive, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this builder to anyone seeking to purchase a new home.

Im writing this review to give some insight regarding Four Point Construction /Sol Trotter regarding unprofessionalism. I enter into a agreement to have specific work repairs done which was under warranty.January 2019 seven on your side was contacted.They tried several times to reach Four Point Construction. When he returned the call he came to an agreement with seven on your side which I agreed to. Several months past I contacted Better Business Bureau they tried several attempts before he responded. He made same agreement as seven on yourside. To this date the warranty work has not been completed. My personal opinion choose your contractor wisely.NIGHTMARE!

Our new home was delivered on time and with very few checklist items to be addressed. Any questions or concerns were addressed and corrected in a timely manner. The project manager, Jesse, has always been extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Based on our experience, we can do a 5 star rating.

Absolutely horrible customer service!! I provided bbq for 150 people for them in June for an Open House they had. In return, they offered to build a deck on the new home we purchased with them. It has been almost 6 months and still no finished deck on our home and nobody from the company will return my calls or texts. This is NOT how you operate a business. Shameful!!
