I can't say enough positive comments about this company. The interaction in the beginning by phone with Courtney and the meeting and presentation of services to be offered by Wes to the scheduling and efficiency of getting the many facets of our job completed were outstanding. We had our roof replaced along with new fascia, soffit, and guttering with gutter guards on our home as well as guttering with gutter guards on our building. Their professionalism is remarkable, and it's obvious they not only take pride in their company service but they genuinely care about the customer. They even offered extra perks like painting the roof house exhaust vents to match our roofing color choice, which was a nice personal touch. They were always available for whatever questions or concerns I had and promptly addressed them. The pricing was very fair and reasonable for the wonderful quality of work that we received. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than with this company for our exterior needs. Crafted Exterior Services' work crew were an excellent group to work with. We liked how quiet they were around our home outside of the expected hammering. They were able to answer our questions and were professional. A few nails were left in drain spouts but otherwise all debris was cleared from our property. We love the new roof with ridge vents but most of all the new painted vent pipes. Customer service was exceptional!!

Last month, Crafted Exterior replaced my twenty year-old gutters. They came out and provided an estimate that was below two-other local businesses doing the same work. Wes and his team of professionals did an exceptional job by rerouting the downspouts from two locations on the roof. Not only was the job completed on-time but was professionally installed. I had no idea that gutters came in different colors. My house is black-n-white so I chose the black six inch gutters which makes my house pop. Great job all around…?

The work was done quickly and efficiently - taking off the old roof and installing the new in one day and cleaning it all up afterwards. The price was competitive and the materials are excellent. Customer service was great. Wes was very helpful with product decision and during the installation process. Honestly, the entire process could not have been better. I also had a solar fan installed for the garage - it will be so nice to have all that hot air exiting the garage this summer. Thanks to the whole team for a job well done!
