Everything went well Donminic work his tail off, he had very little help which I thought he could have used some help. Someone did show up the last day but they still were working to finish the job. They were here till eight o’clock the last evening. It looks and works very well and we are pleased. There is a problem with our ceiling in the living room there was a leak that caused a large brown spot. Someone is supposed to call me later this evening about this problem. All in all it went well.

I have been trying for over a year now to get a situation with my bath fitter shower installation resolved and keep getting ignored. We had an issue that caused our master bathroom to be out of service, so my family of 5 was forced to all use one bathroom. This bathroom had a very small shower and we were looking to upgrade it while the master bathroom was down. What sold me on bathfitter was their 1 -2 day installation time line. We couldn't be without this bathroom for a long period of time since our master was out of commission, so this was ultimately why we decided to go with bathfitter. They came out on day one and everything went great. The install was just about done and was going to be all finished in the one day. Great news for us, even better than we expected. Then the final step was to install the glass shower door. Thats when the installer noticed that the wrong door was sent. No one checked this previously, he had to find out when he brought the door in to be installed. Ok so no big deal i thought, they would just get the correct door and install the next day. This was not the case it took nearly 3 months to get the correct doors in. When they came in a different installer came out to put them in. He made a huge mess just installing the doors and just left it for me to deal with. Debris out side, our carpet filthy, bathroom floor wet and muddy and silicon on the flooring. So we were sold on a 1-2 day install which ended up taking months and then had to deal with installers in our home twice. The second of which left us with a pretty good mess to clean up. I felt like because of this we should get some kind of concession since we definitely did not get what we were sold and had to deal with the inconvenience of being down two bathrooms. I have called customer service several times and was passed off to an individual in Ohio that I have talked to a few times. He said he would have the sales manager reach out to me, that never happened. I reached out to him again after a few months, he acted like he didn't remember anything about my situation and again said he would have to have the sales manager reach out to me. Again never happened. I called customer service again and they said someone would contact me in about 48 hours. That has been months ago now. They were very aggressive on the front end trying to sell me their service but now as a result of their mistakes will not get with me on a resolution. Extremely frustrating since the main reason that we went with Bathfitter and paid what I felt was a premium was for the quick 1-2 day install. Would not have gone this direction if I would have known it would take 3 months.

We were happy to get Bath Fitter to do our walk in shower. The young man that installed it was very knowledgeable, polite, and a very nice, hard worker. We are proud with the results. You can't go wrong with Bath Fitter.

Excellent work by installer. Phone people pleasant to deal with. Initial sales person knowledgeable helpful and truthful. Workers should get a bigger cut of total cost

Our entire experience was great! From John, our initial consultant, to Kevin, our installer, everything went great! Kevin was amazing and answered all of my mom’s questions and took his time with her! VERY respectful! My only issue was I called customer service twice to determine an install date!

We needed to replace our bathtub to make it handicap accessible. The service we got from step one was amazing from the sales rep John Cipriani to the installer Tim Ortiz They went over everything making sure we got exactly what we needed at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to everyone.?

The people we worked with at this company were very professional and helpful. They made the installation process over our old tub very easy and were done in one day. It looks beautiful! Would highly recommend!
