We recently finished a kitchen renovation working with Natures Granite in Grantsville, MD. Working with Christine and Shawn was awesome. They were very helpful, great ideas, beautiful granite and the end result is we have a BEAUTIFUL kitchen. I highly recommend working with Christine and Shawn.
I bought a granite bathroom countertop in November 2022. I had to sign a very one sided contract. The salesman assured me that if anything went wrong that I would be refunded. I paid $500 at the signing. When I received the countertop it had cracks, chips, pits, & superglue filled in pits. When I called back the salesman said the cracks were supposed to be there. I had to ask for the boss( Christina) to get them to take it back. She said the salesman was not supposed to sell a used piece of granite. I asked for a refund. I told her that I would still buy there. The secretary called me & said they were only going to refund $233. I told her I would even take I store credit if they would sign a letter for my credit. The secretary called me back & said that Christina wanted to be done with it & would not refund the full amount.

I've used Nature's Surfaces for two jobs and will use them again! Pricing, product quality, customer service; they are amazing!! Wonderful professionalism. I recommend them without reservation!

Nature’s Granite was wonderful to deal with during the process of building our Deep Creek Lake vacation home. The entire team was helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable. Christine and Josh were very patient with some unforeseen issues that arose and helped me pivot some decisions for a beautiful out come. The guys that did the install were very talented and so nice to work with. I would highly recommend their services!! THANK YOU!!!!

The experience I received was perfect. From the sales department to the installation. Everyone was very pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and performed their jobs very well. Definitely would recommend them for countertops.

The countertop we ordered for our kitchen was to have one seam. The day of install, TWO seams! What an unpleasant surprise. Cam, the owner was very unwilling to make things right. The customer isn’t Cams first priority. Making money is.
Edit. I asked to speak to the owner, Cam called me back. Apparently he isn’t the owner. Another lie

Amazing company!!! Very very friendly and knowledgeable. The installation was done right and the gentleman were very nice and informational. Would recommend them to anyone looking.

100% wonderful experience from start to finish! Just needed a bar top and finding a remnant at Nature’s Granite saved me hundreds over 3 other local companies. Everyone made sure that I got the best piece available and the best price. All staff were very friendly and professional. I cannot say enough about how great my experience was with Nature’s Granite! 100% recommend to everyone!
