Preferred Surfaces of Morgantown, WV just installed our countertops on a new home that we’re building. I can’t praise everyone that we worked with enough.The installation, from the time the areas were measured, was one week. Incredible. If you need any type of countertops, I highly recommend Preffered Surfaces. You will not be disappointed.
We did a complete kitchen remodel. Our contractor worked with Preferred Surfaces for our countertop. When it came to picking out the granite they were extremely helpful. Their install team was fabulous to work with and extremely professional. I will be using them again when I remodel my bathrooms and I'd recommend them to anyone! We are more than happy with how our kitchen looks and super grateful that they made this process easy!

This company is amazing, I picked out my stone in a template made. It was a week later, and the countertop was installed flawlessly . Check out this amazing company for your countertop needs.

Preferred installed the countertops (kitchen and bathrooms) and fireplace surround in our new construction home and we could not be more pleased. From the slab selection to the install, every step was simple and easy.
Everyone on staff is knowledgeable and truly cared about our home. They even helped us in our selection process by making suggestions on products that fit our design and budget when our dream countertops were way over our max!
The install crew polite, efficient and very skilled. Seems silly, but I am very impressed by our seams (natural stone is not easy to book match!)
10/10 would recommend.

We purchased a new home in Cheat Lake after moving from Maryland. We fully gut and renovated our kitchen without a contractor. We originally went with Preferred Surfaces because they had a showroom you could go in and shop around on your own, perfect for DIYers like ourselves. Better than the ability to shop around their large (and totally stunning) showroom, are the professionals who work there. Wyatt showed us around the showroom and gave us some samples to take home and try out in our space against of our floors and paint choices. Email communication (our presence) from him was super friendly and immediate each time. After making our selections, it was hardly 3 weeks (and this was around Christmas at that) before the template specialist came out (his name was Manny and he was also super nice) to take measurements. After about a week and half, they sent a crew out to install the island, countertops, wall splash, and shelf. The process was so simple. The showroom is vast. The prices were great (the same as the big box home improvements stores, but here you’re supporting local businesses), and most importantly the people working there are top notch knowledgeable professionals who were incredibly curious and friendly. 10/10 recommend!

I had quite a bit of quartz countertop put in my kitchen and bathroom. They have a lot of selection and I got beautiful counters. The installation is perfect. I highly recommend them.

Everyone was extremely friendly and cooperate from day one in planning and installing. We had gotten similar estimates elsewhere but the rapport with Wyatt made my choice easy. Manuel doing the template was just as positive of an experience as well. I can not say enough complimentary things about every single person we encountered. Beyond satisfied with the final product

Very professional company. The salesman that helped us took time to let us know all about the different surfaces, and how we would need to take care of them. We were than able to choose what we needed for our
personal needs! We got our estimate same day, and installed 3 weeks later. Installers were very precise making sure everything was level and all seams were perfect. They were all very professional and pleasant and a joy to work with!! We will definitely recommend them! Thank you Perferred Surfaces!!

Over two years ago, I bought the granite countertops for our new home, (kitchen, double tier bar, master bathroom and main bathroom vanities). We were and still very satisfied with their services and installation. The work crew were pretty good, and took their time installing the granite, making sure everything was done as per our blueprints/specifications.
