After leaving multiple voicemails, I finally received a call to look at my roof & we scheduled a date. No one showed up that day so I text asking what happened. He said he'd be out the next day, but again didn't show up. Now he's not replying to texts to reschedule. Either Casto doesn't want to work or doesn't need work.

We had a bad leak around our skylights and chimney. These guys did an absolutely incredible job doing the repairs. They were fast, professional, informative, understanding, accommodating and affordable. Perhaps what my wife and I liked most about our experience was the impeccable communication skills. They call you back to answer questions, confirm appointments and inform you ahead of arrival. They also call you a day or two after the job is done to make sure you are satisfied and address any concerns. It’s the little details like that make a difference and provide peace of mind.
