Very good experience. Dalton did an excellent job inatalling my shower. A hard worker, attention to detail, made sure everything worked, showed me how to operate everything, and made sure everything was cleaned up. Most important, I love my shower
Bath Fitter done exactly as they said. Showed up when they said and finished when they said. They took the old tub away and installed the shower. My shower is very nice. I love it!

Horrible. It was drug out for 3 days. The initial installer left in the middle of the job. The company refused to send someone else out to complete it. The 2nd day my husband waited ALL DAY AGAIN. No one called until 5 pm to say that they were not coming. Finally the 3rd day (the 3rd day my husband was off from work) the installer came and finished the job. From Monday until Wednesday we did not have a shower, we only have one bathroom. Definitely would not recommend. No one has contacted us in an attempt to make this right.

My wife and I absolutely love our new bathroom. The technician that came to our house was very knowledgeable and super friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better job to be done. The only reason I’m not giving a five star is because we wanted the vent fan replaced as well and they told us they don’t do that, as much as I paid for this that’s upsetting. Other than that, I am extremely satisfied with what I paid for. I also would recommend this to my friends and family

Our experience was great from the initial inquiry to the final install. These guys were great communicators and were always professional. The installer was on time and did excellent work. We highly recommend Bath Fitter to anyone that is looking for a tub/shower remodel. Kudos to Mike, Kara, and Dalton for a job well done!

Everything was great with this company, UNTIL it needed service. Tub was supposed to have a lifetime warranty, that is transferable to next homeowner as advertised via there TV commercials and website. I bought my home with one of their tub and shower surround and it looked very nice. Couple months later it got a crack on the bottom. When I called them they asked for pictures and said everything was fine they would take care of it. Week later they sent a guy out to look at it, everything was fine they was still gonna fix their tub that was supposed to be guarantee against these things, they say their product is supreme and because of this I has a “lifetime warranty “. Well two or three weeks after they sent the guy out they call me and say: well we can’t find in our records the information we need to warranty it so we cannot do so. After I sent them pictures and everything they already asked for they drew it out long as they could and told me it would be $1800 to fix it. Yea the installation looked good, and the product looked good, but BEWARE, as soon as you have problems they are gonna hee haw around and make whatever excuse they can not to fix your tub. Their lifetime warranty is just a gimmick to get you to purchase their product. If you don’t believe me go to the Better Buisness Bureau website and look at their many complaints.

Very courteous and professional crew and sales team staff. Great communication throughout the whole process from the company. Joey did a perfectly seamless job of planning out the process. The construction crew did a fantastic job and made quick precise work of the task. We highly recommend Bathfitters in general and especially the Poca branch. Thank you all again for a beautiful bathroom for many years to come.

Great customer service. We have done two and still have one to go. We love our showers and can’t wait to get the last one done soon. They do a wonderful job. The long subway tile is my personal favorite.
