Today this company displayed horrible planning and management skills during 5 pm traffic off of Tom's Creek exit in Blacksburg VA. The road signs leading up to the mess said one lane traffic ahead but instead you came up to detours on side streets in-between apartment complexes. I watched three accidents almost happen while waiting in traffic. Then when almost out of harms way three of the company's dump trucks show up at 5:10 to do a 3 point turn to back into work site area. Poor planning during high traffic times shows this company has no business doing high traffic jobs.
Shaun and this company helped me tremendously! I had a complex job that other companies couldn't help with. Shaun was an excellent trouble shooter for my sewer problem, he succeeded where others attempted and failed. I couldn't recommend him more.

AAA Septic knew exactly where to find my septic tank. They worked hard digging it up and gave me a great price on my services.

We have the correct dimensions for our concrete porch. They sent us the grave but it was way to much. They would not come back to help or take any of that back leaving us in a mess. With no way to haul or get this gravel out of the fro t of our house. I’m very disgusted with this company !!

AAA has been paving my neighborhood for the past 2 days. They are very rude. I sat in my car for 15 mins before the "flagger" even noticed me. One of the dump truck drivers almost hit me trying to turn on a side road.. he clearly saw me, I have a bright blue car.. not the easiest to miss. The second day they have started at 7 AM. There are many elementary school students in my neighborhood that will have to try and get on the school bus around all this stupid paving. Personally I think it could've waited an hour. Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
