Bill Burgette was fantastic. Went above and beyond in diagnosing the issue and working with me financially to get my home repaired as I am on disability. He walked me through the steps to get approved by USDA during our time together. Thanks Bill.

This service was an absolutely blessing front start to finish. Bill made a promise he was save my home and he and his team did just that. Robby, Mason, Logan, and Chris worked in the blistering heat building a system to correct my bowing wall and drain our water. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism.

Had drainage and pump installed in my basement. Bill came out for the inspection and was very informative. Trent, Dustin and Levi did a great job on the installation. I was very impressed by their ability to adapt and respond to unusual challenges present in my basement.

Bill Burgette is top notch. He made this process a lot less scary! I can only encourage whoever is reading this to make the call! It took us much too long but it feels so much better knowing what is going on downstairs and how to fix it. Second most important topic… price. Bill didn’t stop until he found a pricing option that worked for us. Thanks Basement Authority!! ? ?

My husband and I recently used Basement Authority of WV to fix a sagging floor in our foyer. We met Michael Cornecelli, their Certified Field Inspector, who did a detail inspection under and around our house. Mike took pictures and explain the reason our floor was sagging. He explained to us what they could do for us. We hired Basement Authority and were surprised they worked us in their schedule in a little over a week. The foreman, Cody, and his 2 workers, Wyatt and Jordan were great!! They were very polite and explained everything to us. It only took them a little more than 3 hours and they raised our floor level. Amazing!! We were very pleased ?

Great experience from start to finish. Michael C made the trip out here to price the work and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and what to expect. Patrick, Michael and Ralph were excellent to work with on my project. This was a truly nasty crawlspace that required insulation removal along with other removal items. This crew rolled in, got to work and got the job done as well as being friendly and professional with us as customers. If you have a crawlspace or basement, I would highly recommend this encapsulation service and try to get this crew!

Aden and his crew are top notch. They showed up on time every day, addressed all questions or concerns that I had, worked non stop, and explained how their system works in great detail. I’ve tried everything to waterproof our basement to no avail, and there’s a reason why basement authority is the only company who guarantees their work for the life of the structure—quality. Only giving them 5 stars because 6 isn’t available. Stop putting bandaids on a bullet wound and get your estimate, their competitive price is worth every penny for the peace of mind.

Eric was extremely professional in conducting his inspection for our family’s homestead. His delivery of his findings were well documented and explained. The ability for the inspector to provide you all findings and an estimate of needed repairs while in site was reputable! Eric has a wonderful approach to his clients as well! Thank you!

We went with basement authority because they were the lowest quote. We now know why. Since the initial installation, we have had to have another crew come out and fix the absolutely terrible job the first crew did. The second crew could not believe the low quality of work done by the previous crew. Including not using corner drain pieces, not installing all the parts to the sump-pump and not hanging plastic to keep the dirt and dust off personal items piled in the center of the floor. The first crew caused nearly $2000 in documentable damages. I was told I would be compensated for those damages if I removed my previous review until they saw the expense. Now I am being accused of not wanting to pay my bill. If you are in the Charleston area and need basement work done, stay away.
