In February 2020 we entered into a contract with Professional Floor and Wall Covering, INC. to complete a home remodel job including but not limited to flooring, staircase and kitchen. We are currently over 5 months into a project that we were told would take 6-8 weeks to complete. We currently still do not have a working kitchen for our family of 7. Professional Floor and Wall Covering told us that they would not return to finish the job we contracted them for until we agreed to pay them more for items included already in the contract. We have already paid above our contracted price to date and have to now scramble to find a way to pay someone else to finish the job. I would NEVER recommend them for any home repairs.

Excellent service and would highly recommend. They have pulled up/dried/re-laid carpet that was water damaged. They also put wood flooring in my home. If I need any more flooring, they are the first company I would call. Roger was extremely helpful and courteous.

I don't even know this person, never have met her, don't even know her name. I never sold her any type of material, nor would I ever work for such a person. Sorry, but u need to go to the REAL person that you have done some type of business with, and correct your problem. But u are slinging words around very wrecklessly

Roger has been the most unprofessional person I've dealt with in years. A door for a Main Street business was suppose to take 4 weeks to be ordered and installed; 2 months later and the door is going to be another 4 weeks. Needless to say, I have no door or my $5600. My small town is getting tired of looking at plywood. Not to mention the text I have cussing me as if I'm a child. Whoa! Don't let him have your $, you will regret it.
