Dishonest....lied to us several times. We purchased an above ground pool from them. When their contractor showed up to install the pool he did not have the required city permit, nor was he licensed to work in the State of West Virginia. They don't deserve 1 star....had to click on it to be able to post this review.
Well, I have had issues with my pool water turning green. I have been here twice for water testing but results said all was ok. A few levels were a bit low. I told them it was green and showed a picture of my pool. They seemed stumped. I was ready to give up and drain it. I went out on my own and it seems to be getting better. Tried to have the water tested again today. I got there at 2:47pm. They stop testing water at 2:45pm. I had to take a breath and walk away. I'm not sure this establishment is capable of serving my needs. Thank the good Lord for giving me strength and patience today.

This place is crazy called to have my pool cleaned $400 ok that’s fine nope that’s a lie they charge you $300 the dump chemicals in your pool and leave $100 for the chemicals are you trying to get over on people just to dump the chemicals then I still needed $1000 in chemicals that you recommend and didn’t work trash place

They did a great job with my bean shaped pool! Very hard pool to measure and they got it perfect. Good group of guys and very professional.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY POOL RELATED ISSUES!
We contacted this company to replace the ripped liner in our in-ground pool, and the process was a hassle to say the least! After putting nearly $2000 down, the company failed to ever make contact with us regarding our installation date and would never answer the phone when contacted. These individuals gave us a guaranteed date of installation, though never even called the day prior to confirm anything. When we finally got in contact with them, the lady on the phone could not handle a concerned customer as she acted as if it was not her problem and continued to speak in a disgusting tone. We attempted to contact them again in hopes for clarification on the project, however, no one ever answered or returned our call. A week later, we received our down payment back and a letter telling us to find a new liner installation company. No contact, no care, terrible people! If you actually want people who will take care of your pool project, people that will actually communicate with you, then I urge you to not take their business! Save your time and money!
