Beautiful greenhouse with a large selection of plants, trees, shrubs and bushes. They have some statues and local produce also.

My daughter took me here for mothers day...they have every kind of plant I think you could think of and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendy...they had I permade basket I really wanted but had sold the last one right before I could get some one to get it down for me...however 3 different staff members maybe more assisted in getting me two more from somewhere...And they even load you car for you...also have a nice icecream shop for your enjoyment

I really admire how Scots has evolved over the years. When I came here as a kid with my parents, it was just to pick up stuff for gardening. Now they have a mini market with different goods made in West Virginia or Ohio, an ice cream parlor that also does coffee, and they still have a decent selection for the garden. If you are looking to get out of the house for a little bit and want to start working on your home garden, I recommend coming here!

The Market has a great variety of jams, jellies and other treats with the hometown feeling. Local items ... baked goods and gifts. Helpful and friendly staff with each customer.

I’ve been in the Parkersburg area for almost a year and have driven by Scots many times, each time thinking someday I’m going to stop and check that place out. Today I was having a rough day and happened to drive by and decided today would be the day. Omgosh! What a treasure! I thought it was a garden center that had seasonal veggies, but it’s also a gift shop full of cool items artfully displayed, unique grocery items and an ice cream shop/bakery! I took my time strolling through, purchased a couple very reasonably priced items and find myself in good spirits once again eating a scoop of pumpkin pie ice cream and leaving this review. Thank you for lifting me out of the funk I was in! You can bet I’ll be back.

Wide variety of plants to choose from. In late June, most of the annuals were still in good shape. Nice that you have the ability to get some coffee next door while you shop.

Fantastic service. Their little grocery/produce area is ace! Good prices and always met with smiling faces. And obviously in the case of plants, beautifully set up and the costs can't be beat!

Love this business and stop here often! Didn’t grab any pics on this specific stop because it was a quick trip but will continue to shop here and highly recommend shopping here for plants, season items, lots of local produce and treats. Some really great, fun/cute gifts. Plus the cutest little ice cream shop!

Scots has the CUTEST shop I've ever seen. So many beautiful plants and decorations...I don't even have enough words to describe it.
Also they have a cute little waiting room for husbands to sit and wait while their wives shop...it's the funniest/cutest thing.
And the icecream shop connected to it has the best flavors I've had in a long time.

My whole family loves Scots! It is run by the kindest people and all of their staff is always so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for all of your gardening needs, but they also have fresh local produce and an amazing section inside for gifts. Oh and you can't beat getting some ice cream after you shop ?

Our family loves Scots! The best stop in town to get away and have a nice ice cream treat and check out all the handmade and unique gifts made from local vendors. Great produce and beautiful flowers! Wonderful staff in the store that wants to make your experience one to remember.

Scots is a great business to work with! They have done landscaping and retaining/decorative wall work for our restaurant. They're super easy to work with. As a local, family owned business, it is a pleasure to work with and support another locally owned family business. They're very supportive of the community so it feels so much better than shopping at a box store. I love buying treats for our school teachers in their shop, and my entire family loves the ice cream addition!

Scots marketplace is one of a kind! From locally made jewelry, to organic greens, fine cheeses, home made pies, home decor and the obvious abundance of beautiful flowers; Scots has what you need and what you didn't know you needed! ? A beautiful store and a wonderful staff! 10/10 recommend!
