I had a great experience with French Creek Designs. The products that they chose looked fantastic. The contractor was great at communicating and was a true professional. I love that we have a local business to choose from vs just a big name store.
We were sent in to select some flooring by our contractor, and we were floored (badum-tisss) by the options!
I was on the precipice of birth when we were in and mama brain has kept their names from me, but there was a man and a woman in that late morning and they were both welcoming. They offered us to take the sample home and we did, it was helpful to see how it would possibly look and for our contractor to see it in person so they know exactly what we are looking for.
We will be returning for upcoming flooring needs!

After posting this review, we were refunded our money.
We went in and put a $500 deposit down for a shed on 5/22/2020. Now, this was $253.20 more than the minimum deposit required which was $246.80. We were told our shed would be delivered in three weeks. On 6/8/2020 we called to make an additional payment on the shed and we were told that we could not make a payment yet because the account had not been set up for our shed yet and that it would not be set up until the shed was ready to be delivered at the end of July. The end of July, six weeks late. On 6/15/2020 we decided to cancel the order and get our money back. First we called the manufacturer but their phone number had been disconnected. We then went to French Creek Designs (where we had given our $500 deposit) to have the order cancelled. They told us that we would be sent a check in about 2 weeks. 7/8/2020 WE WERE TOLD WE COULD NOT GET ANY OF OUR MONEY BACK BECAUSE THE SHED WAS HALF BUILT ALREADY.
The contract we signed says " A non-refundable fee will be charged on cancellations or revisions of custom orders as follows: 10% on cash sales of 8 ft, 10 ft, & 12 ft wide buildings. 20% on cash sales of 14 ft & 16 ft wide buildings; or, on rent to own sales, the security deposit plus first month's rent." - According to their own contract, THEY OWE US $253.20.
I will never purchase anything from this company again. I urge you to never go here especially to purchase a shed THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Karen was so helpful in picking tile for my new shower. She took the time to come to my house to make sure the samples we picked out matched. The shower looks fantastic. We will definitely use French Creek again.

We were looking to update our kitchen counters. We walked into French Creek Design and and were blown away with how helpful everyone is. Helped in everything from product ideas to color matching to answering any and all questions. Highly recommend!

I hadn't heard of French Creek Designs when I started thinking about remodeling my bathroom shower. Through word of mouth I found my way to their cute showroom on Collins Drive in Casper where I met Karen. From start to finish Karen was at my side. From helping to pick out the perfect tile and design to being onsite while the job was ongoing from start to finish. I highly recommend French Creek Designs for their product quality and professionalism!

I really appreciate the wide selection of products and choices offered by French Creek. Their knowledgeable, friendly personnel are eager to provide assistance and advice as needed. Our wine bar turned out as beautiful and unique as I had hoped for – as well as the walk-in shower and quartz counters in our guest bathroom. I definitely recommend you stop in and check out French Creek Designs for your next project!

I walked into French Creek Designs with the door to my bathroom vanity just to start getting some ideas for a remodel. In no time at all and after a few questions to determine my style, Karen pulled samples that were exactly what I had in mind! She came to the house with the samples to make sure they were right and we were off on a very positive and fun project to remodel 2 bathrooms. French Creek worked well with the installers to make my dream a reality. I really appreciate the decorating advice and the professional service that I received!

Karen was fantastic to work with, answered the questions we had. The installers we had we absolutely wonderful and were perfectionists. Our countertops turned out beautifully. I would recommend French Creek to help you out with your building/design needs.
