This is such a great store and Wes Stull is a treasure trove of information. We just bought a Traeger smoker from Bloedorn in Casper. They put it together for us and delivered it to our house! Then Wes Stull spent a good amount of time walking us through tips and tricks and even shared some of his recipes. He has a LOT of experience with these Traegers and having him share is knowledge was a true treat. Since the delivery he has followed up a couple to times to see how it is going and answers a few questions for me. I have to say - that is service way above and beyond anything I ever expected or have experienced.

So much more helpful than Home Depot!! We really enjoyed working with Ed he was great! They don't have as much in stock but get things in pretty quickly if you order them. People are much nicer and more knowledgeable!

Stopped for 2 bolts. Very helpful. Lent me tools to fix my trailer. Would come back anytime I'm in the Area. Best customer service I have found in a long time. Very refreshing. Thanks so much
