I have changed this review (added a star) because I realize I posted prior review thinking it was another business (Carpet Creations/Flooring America) that was rude. The young lady at this business was very pleasant and helpful but no mask wearing here (during mandate) even though we had on masks the whole time. Would have appreciated respect of wearing masks when customers did. She spent a long time with us which was nice.

In June of 2022 carpet one sent installers to install carpet in 80% of my home. There is just my husband and I and in less than 6 months was already showing path lines with bumps. After numerous calls they sent someone down to look at it. Every seam showed and he said it needed stretched. So they sent another installer down, we had to have all the furniture moved which cost us 500 dollars. After he started he pointed out that the carpet was not stretched or attached to carpet straps in bedroom. He stretched every room resulting in more seams showing up due to being laid wrong,according to him. His son did some stairs for us not tacking them down on the edges and leaving a big mess in our family room. I have discovered in bedroom he cut carpet to short and it doesn't touch baseboards. My calls have been ignored. I would not recommend Carpet one worst install and carpet I have ever seen.

I received a great experience over all with Carpet One. The entire team worked together to meet my carpet needs. The man who came out to lay the carpet was very clear, professional and laid 600 sq ft of carpet in one DAY! Give them a call.

Excellent customer service for Carpet install , was as professional as it gets ! Vynal plank flooring looks amazing, but the peices for locking together from the manufacturer needs improvement, locking tabs are too brittle and needs more prodect to lock together in a better way !
