Very strange experience with Pro Flooring and Supply… I got quotes from 3 flooring companies for glue down flooring in my townhouse. It had to be glue down because of how warped the floor is; click LVT won’t work. The two other companies got my quote back in about a week. Pro Floor took 3 weeks, and at week 3 when I called to check on if they forgot about me there was a hint of condescension as they explained that they take so long because they have so many customers (named a bunch of names), plus they use a company to double check quotes for errors so I can be assured my quote from them is correct; that it’s worth the wait to ensure it’s error free. If that call and the wait didn’t turn me off enough, the quote that finally arrived was 42% more than my next most expensive quote, and it was for the completely wrong flooring type that won’t work in my house (click together). So much for an error free quote.

Thank you Nikki and Professional Flooring for doing an awesome job in our building entryway (at Frontier Eye Care)! The original tile was badly cracked due to a shifting foundation. After consulting with Nikki - who is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and explained pros and cons of all our options - we decided to go with an LVT floor. She arranged to have the installer re-level the concrete and isolate the new floor to prevent future problems. He did an awesome job, and now the whole place looks better than ever! We are very pleased! Definitely highly recommended!!
