The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because I can't give 6! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Driven. What an amazing company and group of people. I first contacted Barry at Driven 8-9 months ago through a referral from a friend that had purchased a boat from him. I had called a couple other dealerships prior and, when I disclosed that I wasn't interested in purchasing a boat for the next 1-2 years, the conversations were quick with some basic answers like "you really just have to come in and demo it for yourself" with very little helpful information. To be honest, I was somewhat expecting this - as part of that is true - but it was obvious that my lack of intention of purchasing anything immediately was making the call far less informative. This is when I asked a friend about his experience and he raved about Barry and recommended I give him a call. I actually texted Barry first - expecting I might hear back in a few days - and he immediately called me back. I gave him the same intro I'd given the other dealerships - expecting the same general response - and Barry then spent the next 45 minutes on the phone with me answering EVERY question I had without the slightest hint of a sales push. He not only answered my questions - but actually gave me more points to think about (both good AND bad) and I left the call amazed...and far more educated than I went into it.
Over the next 9 months, we started doing more research and decided to explore a purchase sooner than expected. Barry was my first call and again - nothing but candid and honest answers to all of my questions, no attempt to "get me in the door" and I ended the call with multiple different options in my inbox to consider. Long story short - we ended up settling on a deal and the rest of the process went so far beyond my expectations that it's hard to put into a written review. The level of service, the price, the quality of communication, and the personal attention was something that honestly blew me away. Barry and his team turned a transaction into a true memory and life experience that our family will remember forever - it was that exciting, enjoyable, and just plain fun.
Lastly - through my entire experience, I simply thought Barry was one of the sale staff at the Driven dealership. Only upon arriving to the (impressive) physical location in Casper did I realize that he is the OWNER of the business. I was going to tell the owner upon arrival how helpful Barry had been through the process - only to find that HE was the one in charge. I've made quite a few vehicle purchases over the years and don't think I've ever even seen the owner of the dealership - much less met in person. Barry went so far as to open the doors early for me, meet me first thing in the morning, and walk me through every step of the process - over-exceeding my (already high) expectations at every step of the process. He then introduced me to Chris who gave me the full "white glove service" through the rest of the entire process - giving me a full education on the boat, walking me through all of the systems, answering every conceivable question I could come up with, and even adjusting my truck and hitch to safely tow the new vehicle home.
2 hours later, on my drive back, I then got a text from Barry just checking in to make sure everything on my drive was going smoothly...unbelievable. If you're thinking about a purchase - and want the best service, experience, and price - call Barry and Driven FIRST and never look back.

Barry (owner) and his entire team treated me with utmost respect and really took the time to explain my new Marlon sled deck upon arrival. Barry went above and beyond answering all of my questions well after store hours online. Highly recommend giving these guys a chance!

I recently purchased a 2019 Chaparral 297 SSX from Driven Powersports and I couldn't be happier. We bought the boat without making a visit or a test drive. Matt sent us several detailed videos of the boat and answered all of my questions. I live in Louisville KY and had the boat shipped from Wyoming. The crew did a great job of wrapping and protecting the boat for the trip. Barry and Matt were great to work with throughout the entire process. They followed through on all of their commitments and gave us a great deal on an awesome boat. They are are professional shop, I would recommend them to any out of town buyers. Thanks!

The place is a ghost town. People walk by not saying a word. I waited a long time to finally talk to the parts guy. He only happen to come strolling in from outside otherwise I'd probably still be waiting. Once I got some help I was on my way in no time. I'd like to add that ordering something overnight does not always mean overnight. You can order here on a Wednesday morning and its guaranteed by Monday late afternoon... Lame! If this place doesn't have the part you need on the shelf get the part number and order it your self. You don't have to pay dealer mark up and the wait on shipping is the same if not faster ordering parts yourself. You'll have a tracking number too, not an unavailable parts person to help you.
