I hate being that one bad reviewer, but truth is truth. Used Air Innovations to repair a furnace that failed during a cold snap. They used an inexperienced tech to replace the motherboard, and a shortcut was taken that caused the hot surface ignitor to fail repeatedly. In between replacements we had to use space heaters to keep pipes from freezing. We didn’t discover until later that they had reused the old ignitor and there was a voltage mismatch with the new motherboard causing the failures. One of the senior techs on at least two of the calls was unwilling to go into the crawl space and I believe opportunities to find the shortcut causing the failure were missed due to this. I had to make a couple trips from 125 miles away myself, and order my own parts to replace the ignitor 2 separate times, because their emergency calls are exorbitant and they didn’t believe the failures were due to their work (but they were). In fact the blame was dumped on us a few times. We were told on separate occasions that we: botched a thermostat installation, or I installed the ignitor wrong, and the furnace filters we chose don’t provide enough air flow. So, the aftermath was that our renter spent tons of extra money on electricity, our rental house was cold for many days during a cold snap, and I spent money on gas and parts plus time out of my schedule on this. All because the job was not done right the first time. Knowing this as a business owner, I would have adjusted the bill to make things right, but they did not. The communication is also incredibly poor. They kept failing to get me a bill, so I provided an email to invoice me, but they lost that too. Then they call me out of the blue a week ago asking why I hadn’t paid. I expressed all of my issues with the job and was told someone would contact me. That was a week ago, and still nothing. My frustration is over the top, and I hope they do something to make this right sooner than later.
Update: I was finally contacted and we agreed on a resolution, albeit begrudgingly, but agreed nonetheless. I will add one star because I respect their willingness to work through an issue.
This company is wonderful, Polite, professional and thorough.
Installation of the central air went smooth and they came back and explained everything and how to make sure system ran efficiently. We are very happy with results. The installers were knowledgeable and fast. We will recommend for sure.

They came and fixed our furnace this winter. Very professional, great service, reasonable prices. It was on the weekend, below freezing temperatures and even though they had 80 work orders and had more to go to, all of their techs came in on their day off and made it to our house at 9:00 at night and fixed the problem. We were able to go to bed warm. Forever grateful for this company.

Very friendly staff, staff was very professional, very knowledgeable, were able to tell us what the problems were and give us options to fix them. We will be using them for sure in the future

Air innovations has worked on our heater twice and it was quick and very reasonably priced service. I recommended them to my mother and she got quick and reasonably priced service too. They also give good suggestions on how to maintain your heater on your own. I highly recommend. MariAnn Pettit

Nobody in Casper even comes close to Air Innovations. They stand by their products and especially their service. What they is unheard in Caspe. They deserve 10 Stars not 5. Outstanding Dedication to the Community. They saved our lives!!!!!

The technician was prompt and on time and very knowledgeable. He serviced the furnace for winter and I had requested a new thermostat replaced. I needed some thing for my mother that was not too complicated, and the one that he brought was perfect. He spent time explaining its functionality, and was very helpful.

My furnace went out last year, one of the coldest nights we had. These guys came over almost as soon as we called them. They got a temporary fix going on my heater so the kids and I wouldn't freeze, and then worked with me on being able to finance a new furnace. Everyone I've met a the company, both technicians and office staff, have been very nice and put the customers first.

We had Air Innovations re- duct our system from a 2 unit system to one and rezone it for our 4 level home. From the first call to get the estimate to the revisit after install we had nothing but excellent service from everyone on the team! They are respectful, professional and great communicators. We knew what to expect with the job and when to expect them to arrive. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Hands down the best service ever! Our new system has been terrific and we’ve enjoyed our home this summer more than ever by being able to cool each floor separately. I wish we had done this years ago. Thank you Air Innovations.
