The owners, specifically Angie, were extremely rude and condescending when I called to talk about a billing issue. I was received an additional bill 5months after they replaced my furnace and ac. After being told it was taking care of. I understand mistakes happen and there is miscommunication all of the time but the way she spoke to me was terrible. Because of that I will never use them again.
Also do not waste your money on their “priority plan.” They are suppose to come out every 6months to check on everything and change the filters in your furnace. It’s been close to 9 months and i haven’t heard anything. Called to cancel and they said I was on the list to call in the next coming weeks. Doesn’t seem like a priority to me.
Great service, the guys at Casper Tin are awsome. They installed my new A/C and did a great job. I would highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

Had them do an inspection on our new place, and they then came out later to repair an element in our furnace, they had the work done in 45mins. They were very professional, and I'd definitely use them again

My furnace stopped working and they were the only shop willing to do an after-hours callout. Less than an hour and we were back in business with a quick fix. The job required a part replacement for a full repair. They earned my business for sure. Highly recommend!

It's two degrees out. Our furnace stopped working so my husband called for repair help. Within two hours Casper Tin Shop had a repairman here.
Certainly am grateful for their fast and friendly service.

I hired Casper Tin Shop LLC to Remove my old Furnace and AC and install a new Furnace and AC to my house. They arrived on time, were professional and tidy, and completed the work efficiently. Everything is functioning perfectly so far since the work was completed in December 2021. Highly Recommend them.

We won’t use anyone other than Casper Tin Shop for any of our home HVAC needs! They came out to provide a quote for central air the same week we requested it. Jason was fast, friendly and efficient. When it came time for our AC installation, their install team showed up on time and prepared. They were very friendly and got straight to work. Casper Tin Shop has done our furnace and our AC and we plan to use them for anything in the future as well. Highly recommend!

Casper Tin Shop has been our go to for our businesses including an office and Airbnb, from the start. They were the initial company requested and called in to do the inspection of our heating and cooling systems when we first purchased our building and we have utilized them for ongoing maintenance and as needed service calls. There have been several instances where we needed urgent assistance - in particular with our Airbnb when it was incredibly cold out, our furnace had stopped working, and we had guests checking in. They were quick to trouble shoot our problems, explained the issues and options to fix and were fast and efficient in making sure we were up and running again. We are grateful for their recommendations on what we can do ourselves to keep our systems running smooth for years to come. We would recommend them to anyone looking for any initial installs for heating and cooling as well as maintenance and ongoing as needed and emergency services. Thank you Casper Tin Shop team!

WOW!!!!! What a fabulous and positive overall experience with Casper Tin Shop regarding general information, a quote and installation for a humidifier for our furnace and wireless thermoset. There professional, friendly and timely customer service and communications were second to none and they should be proud of that as it is getting to be a thing of the past for many business that I have dealt with over the years. Josh and Montana were great to have doing the work, and most of all, Libby (our German Shepherd) was able to assist them. Casper Tin Shop will be my HVAC go to contractor for here on out. Suggest others do the same!
