Broker One and John specifically were a huge help in the buying process. He helped us to find possible homes and made himself available whenever we had the smallest question or concern. He was knowledgeable about every step of the process and helped to ease our concerns when entering new territory. John was also honest and forthcoming with any information he knew to be relevant to us or the home buying process. I never felt pressured to make a deal when working with John and felt that he had our best interests in mind at all points throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to John and would certainly work with him and Broker One again.
Courtney and John were amazing, attentive to our desires in a home. They gave unbiased directions and were extremely responsive. They both are by far the best. We would recommend them to anyone wanting an honest, fair, hard working team to get you into your next home.

Best person to help you find your dream home! John was professional from the beginning. He listened to everything that we wanted and needed in our new home. He went out of his way to meet us during hours that were convenient for us. He was with us from the beginning all the way to the end and even checked in with us a year later to make sure we were still happy in our new home. Highly recommend working with John!

Great experience. From purchasing my first home to selling my first home, John was truly a high caliber professional who went above and beyond on every aspect of the purchasing and selling process. I am very grateful to have gotten to know and work with John and I couldn’t recommend him more for anyone’s home buying purchase/sale. As stressful as the home buying/selling process can be (especially if you’re selling and moving out of state), John made it all as seamless as it could be and was always available if I had any questions or concerns.

Our͏ experience with John, in purchasing our home, was informative, smooth and professional!
We had a wonderful experience working with John Trost! He brought our particular property, to our attention, while we were travelling. When we returned to WY we met with John and the builder of our home. We've never been involved in building a custom home from the ground up, and John made the entire process smooth and worry free! His knowledge of the area, and real estate in general, gave us great confidence in his abilities every step of the way. He was always in contact with us for any updates or changes.
John put our son and daughter in law in their first home, and he also helped my brother and sister in law, in their transition to Casper from Southern California. They are thrilled with their home, as well! We all feel very fortunate to have worked with John in purchasing our homes.
We would highly recommend him to anyone that is considering a home purchase!
