Derek and Jennifer are amazing people and realtors! We were looking to purchase a new home from out of state and they were very helpful and thorough in our search. As first time homeowners, we weren’t really sure what we were looking for and they were very patient and helped us narrow down our search. Being out of state, it was difficult to make it back for tours but Derek and Jennifer helped us by doing virtual tours and provided honest feedback. We ended up purchasing our home without even seeing it in person (video tour only) but fully trusted the Zarello’s and knew we were in great hands. We are very happy with our new home. Casper is lucky to have Derek and Jennifer and we would recommend them to anyone in need of a realtor!
