Overall quality of service is good, pricing however is not. It's not upfront in the total cost for the services rendered. Work I was initially quoted was $820 following an initial inspection and work. Actual invoice I received was almost 20% more at a total of $1020 because it "didn't include the initial visit and work done". Invoices are also not detailed to determine parts and labor. Seems a bit scummy in their charging and contacting them for support says "sorry didn't mean for it to be unclear".
Scheduling is also not great. Basically call them, get put on a sheet, then eventually you get an email / text saying they're showing up at X time on Y day. Don't really communicate that with you.

Very happy with Local Lawn Care! So friendly, always do great work. Easy to schedule services. I appreciate bill pay through text message. Highly recommend for all sprinkler system needs.

From bare dirt new construction, Randy helped me design, and his crew installed, a landscaping package that is just what I asked for, but even better thanks to his expertise. He is knowledgeable about everything from retaining walls and sprinkler systems to trees and flower beds. Each tree and bush was thoughtfully placed to ensure room to grow to its mature size. The sprinkler system works great, and LLC winterizes and starts it up at just the right time every year, always professional and prompt.

Parked in front of my full driveway when they were going to a neighbors house 2 houses down. Shame on you guys! Not professional or right at all...disrespectful when there is a bunch of space to park that isn't in front of my driveway that you can validity see my truck parked in the driveway they are blocking. This wasnt just a quick drop off, they were there for awhile!
Update: I tried to call, no answer. The situation was never solved when I tried to solve it and I DID send an email has explained the details of the situation and why for many reasons it was wrong and I was never apologized to so now you come here on public to apologize without attempting to get back to me to find out I did call

Local Lawn Care LLC did a fantastic job in aerating our lawn. Service was friendly and they were very fast in scheduling for us. We plan to use them for all of our landscaping and lawn care needs.

Tom returned my call Monday morning about requesting spring cleanup, bushes trimmed and aeration. He had his crew at my home by 12:30 and they did a fantastic, thorough job. I was very pleased!

I have had LLC Lawn do work for me 8 plus years. Mowing, sprinkler systems, fertilizing, yard cleanup. They have the equipment and staff to do the job and I never have to wait long for them to get on it. Recommend them highly!
