First thing, no notification that they were showing up, no knock on any body's door to notify us that the were parked next to our vehicles throwing shingles off of the roof during the tare off. Hit woke up at 7:30 A.M. to loud ruckus on the roof, thinking someone was in our apartment because we didn't know and when we went to move our car it was covered in tar from the shingles, which is still stuck in the paint and taking it off as it comes off not to mention the roofing nail in the side wall of my tire on my truck. And right away before they Bagan work a worker walked over and threw his jacket on the hood of our brand new car scratching the crap out of it and throughout the day got them standing a ladder on the stairs to teach the roof..... the only exit for the top two apartments. I'm just a tenant and not responsible for hiring them. I lodged my complaint with the property owner who shoved out over to a Reaktor and when I sent videos which there are plenty more, was told that there was no debris that hit our vehicle and I couldn't prove the roofing nail belonged to them. Only proof I have is video of me moving my truck so it didn't get covered in debris and it siting in the street for 3 hours with the tire going flat and Me putting my spare on so I could go to work. The crew had no consideration for the tenants in the building, no respect for our vehicles and no respect when they were confronted about the damage to our vehicle. In trying to get the damage taken care of we've been told that we can't prove that they caused the damage haven't talked to Ty personally just yet, right now relying on what the realtor and property owner have been telling us. And that is that we're getting ignored on this issue and nobody is going to do anything about it. We've contacted our lawyer about this matter and are currently waiting to see what might happens before we pay the retainer fee and have to go to court. Supposedly Ty is going to contact me, it's been a couple weeks and nothing but dead air so far.

Ty and his crew did and excellent job replacing the roof on my house and shed, , did a great clean up and I would highly recommend Pinnacle Construction for your roofing needs....Thanks , Your Rock Stars

I've worked with Ty multiple times over the last decade from roof replacement to inspection to fixing problems associated with FHA loan ceritfication. Reliable company and a good crew!

Ty was amazing. I used him to put a new roof on my house. This was not a small or easy project. They started the day they said they would. His crews cleaned up all their mess when the job was completed. I grew up doing construction my whole life, and I can honestly say that he is top notch.
