I am a Federal Mine Inspector for MSHA and overheard a Supervisor discussing , over the phone at a gas station in Moorcroft Wy on or about 10/21/2020 , how important it is to check the parking brake and that the company takes defective parking brakes very serious and that the operator of whatever peace of equipment he was talking about , should be checking it every time he gets on the equipment . It was very nice to hear someone talking like that when we (MSHA) are not around !!!! I didn't get the supervisors name but he was driving company # 5244 pickup that day and I just wanted to say thanks for taking safety serious even when nobody's looking !!!!!!!!!!! We greatly appreciate it !!!!!!!!!!
