If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner that we dealt with was extremely rude. He claimed that everyone in town charges more than they do to just come and look at the issue. He charges 119 dollars just to come to your house. That isn't including the price of parts or labor. He has a 119 service call fee which is outrageous. He assumed he knew the issue with our dishwasher ordered a 120 dollar part that didn't fix it. He then wanted to order another 100 dollar part to fix it. At which point we told them absolutely not. We ended up buying a new dishwasher for cheaper than what we would have spent with them after the price of both parts his service fee and labor.
He proceeded with claiming that the girls in his office tell everyone the service fee price before he comes to your house, which is false. We were never told anything. We felt this was a very shady business model.
A+ Charlie's has permanently lost our business and I would tell anyone and everyone else to take their business elsewhere.
I found a great machine. Delivery was easy and I have used their machines before. They are rebuilt and last a long time! Thanks All!

They knew right away what the issue was, ordered my parts, and installed in a timely manner. The office person was very courteous as well.

Charlie is awesome and only fix what’s broken the ladies in the office are sweet and easy to talk to and fast efficient and helpful! They got us an appointment on the same day that we called.

I called for service a few days ago, looking to get scheduled. No customer service and rude staff. The ladies at the phone should learn to communicate better. After just a phone call, I decided I will not be using them. If they’re this bad over the phone, I would not want to be dealing with them in person. I found better service elsewhere. Don’t use these guys.

Apparently the reviews say it all. This company should close its doors due to lack of customer service. The person who answers the phone is rude and unprofessional and WON'T accommodate a customer for a job that would take five minutes. The tech is out in the field, he can't just drop by and install the part and be done with it? No, you have to schedule three days out even when you don't have a schedule. Don't try calling early in the day to see if there are any cancelations, apparently no one else in the world cancels appointments except for me when I have to go to work. How dare I call and ask if there is any way to fit me in, I'll be home all day. "No, we have told you, don't call and ask for same day appointments, we will NOT work with you to take care of your appliance!" Best thing to do, don't call them, don't do business with them. At all costs, go somewhere else!

Charlie replaced a bad pulley on our dryer. He called me, and had an finished some jobs early and could get us fixed up a few days before our scheduled appointment. This by the way is Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Shared some words of wisdom also. Would 100% recommend Charlie. Thank you!
