Our dryer was stopping mid cycle. Turns out it was clogged with lint and needed cleaning. James did a great job and got back with us when we had questions. He suggested dryer balls to help with drying efficiency and a few other tips. Things are working great now. Will definitely use Swede's for any future repairs.

James came out to fix our dishwasher today. I called to schedule a repair today and was told they were a week out on service calls and had scheduled me for next week. I decided to wait a week for them to fix the dishwasher, because they had great reviews and knew what the problem was without even having looked at it. They asked if they could call if they had a cancellation. He called me today and came right away. While at my house, he not only diagnosed and fixed the problem (it was exactly what he suspected), but showed me how to prevent and fix the problem myself in the future. My curious child asked what the problem was and he proceeded to show him the part and how it worked and why it wasn't working. I would completely recommend this company to anyone wanting a repair on appliances. James was very kind, professional, and prompt.

He switched it back to our original component and went through the manual thoroughly to find a small piece. He did not charge us for another house call. Wonderful company and owner! I had a problem with the icemaker in my fridge., my neighbor had used James in the past and recommended I call him. I did and am glad I did . I set up an appointment on line and within 24 hours received a time and date. He arrived on time, actually a little early. He came prepared with tools and even proper new ice maker if needed. He repaired clogged ice maker. He has a 30 day warranty on his work which is nice. Before he left I asked him about location of filter in my dishwasher . He not only showed me location of filter, he cleaned the whole thing out for me!! That is service, he went far above what I expected! I will and have already recommended him to many of my friends. Cheyenne is very fortunate to have a repair company and owner like this in town. I will definitely use him in the future.
