Our dryer stopped drying, and of all the businesses we called, Matt was the one who called back. He was timely, efficient, fair priced and did a great job communicating any changes with us. In a town where it is hard to find someone to show up, stay and complete the job, Matt not only meets that criteria, but he also went beyond with his great customer service skills. Our dryer is now working and we are beyond happy! We highly recommend him, and if needed, will call him in the future!

Matt did an awesome job! Gave him a call because our dryer was making a terrible squeaking sound. He was able to fit us in same day, figured out the problem quickly and had it fixed in no time. I had called around town getting quotes on how much it was going to cost and he had the best price by far!! Thank you Matt!

I've used That Appliance Guy twice now and both times have been great. Matt is knowledgeable, friendly, on time and quick. I will continue to call him for all my appliance issues.

That Appliance Guy has been the number one company that I've referred to for many years they are indeed very knowledgeable in the diagnostic and mechanical aspect of various appliances I feel very comfortable asking questions during and after Mr Martinez is troubleshooting my Appliance my wife and I agree to his fair pricing of parts and labor we highly recommend That Appliance Guy

Buyer beware!!! They came to repair my dryer, identified the problem and required payment to order parts. I paid for them and the company stopped communicating with me and will not return nearly $400.00, I had to call someone else after they missed their appointments. The business claimed he was in the hospital but the blotter briefs says he was in jail.

Our refrigerator ice maker quit working. We called one company and they gave us an appointment for 2+ weeks out. I found this company, gave them a call and got an appointment the same day. I’ll admit that made me wonder why he wasn’t busier but we gave him a shot. Matthew was very professional and explained how he was testing the ice maker motor. He said it was getting worn out(which sounded right since it kept quitting on us). He gave us a reasonable quote and came back 4 days later and installed a new one and it’s working great now. He made sure to shake our hands and thank us on the way out. We had a great experience and would definitely use him again!
