Very helpful personnel in Ft Collins and Cheyenne offices. Worked with me to pick up a trailer in Fort Collins and then a mini-excavator in Cheyenne. Someone stayed after hours to help me connect it. I liked how the offices worked together.
This united rentals office is the best one I have dealt with. After renting multiple different types of equipment in the U.S. from different companies. Every aspect from when I booked the equipment, the payment personnel, on down to the driver delivering the equipment. Very good branch to deal with and they really do go above and beyond

My company recently collaborated with United Rentals in Cheyenne for a forklift and a manlift on a project. Members of their sales team - Scott, Kimberly, and Kat - were absolutely incredible to work with. The project came down the line very last minute, and they were quick to assist with an estimate and ready to go when our client gave us approval. Their pricing is very reasonable, as well! Ryan, their delivery driver, provided excellent communication and was wonderful to work with on site. Additionally, Kimberly also went above and beyond by checking in on the site and assisting to start the lifts when one of our technicians was stuck with the set of keys we had on the highway with a flat tire. We will certainly be partnering with United Rentals again on more future projects in Wyoming! Thank you, United Rentals team!

The sales people are extremely nice but there equipment and the services of there equipment is AWFUL!! I realize things breaks down but it seems this is a weekly occurrence with United and they have no inventory to replace their worn out equipment ????????
