Carpet exchange did all the carpeting in our home. Donna is the best and we love the finished product. Recently we had carpeting installed on a curved stairway. It was a special project. Donna worked with Fort Collins Binding and Serging. Together they did an outstanding job. I couldn't be more pleased!
Great communication. Got the job done quick. Held our carpet for a couple months while we had other construction done. Excellent service and selection.

We had almost 2700 sq ft of carpet laid in our house and Carpet Exchange did a great job. Donna did a great job helping us pick the perfect carpet for our house. The carpet and pad are both very good quality. The installers did a wonderful job and we're very professional and the installation was top notch. We are very happy with the quality of the carpet and the installation. I would highly reccomend them and we will use them again if we need new flooring. Thanks again Donna for all of your help and professionalism!!

The customer service I receive from Jim , Donna and the rest of the crew is greatly appreciated. I have done business here for many many years and have always felt taken care of. Recently, I had a situation where timing of installation was a crunch, and they accommodated my rush! Thank you

Salesman Jim was pretty nice and knowledgeable. He definitely helped us keep the material within our budget, but I don't think it would have mattered. The people they hired to install the floors did a terrible job! I even approached Jim a few times with concerns about loose baseboards or transition strips - and Jim would say "oh just bring it to their attention next time they're at your house. ".... WHAT!? I thought I was paying Carpet Exchange to handle all of this and that you guys would hire adequate help. Instead, I got what you can see in my pictures and videos. The installers even tacked down a baseboard with the curtain string stuck behind it, so I couldn't use the curtain and had to free it up myself. I even went around on my hands and knees, painting and tacking the baseboards down myself for hours. Then when I told the installer about the curtain string - or the fact that a corner of the bathroom was completely missed - he laughed and said it must have been his son's work.... so you don't double check after him!? I just don't know anymore about finding quality work in this town. Feel free to make your own assessment off of the pictures and videos I posted with this review and good luck if you choose to move forward using the Carpet Exchange of Cheyenne. I hope you have a better experience than I did.

Really happy with my purchase! My wife and I were really unsure of the style of luxury vinyl we wanted to get, the sales team was extremely helpful, and gave us some great tips on what colors went well with our home, as well as supplying some samples for us. The luxury vinyl we ended up purchasing also came with a lifetime warranty! Highly recommend this team!

Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience with Carpet exchange (Cheyenne store). We had to take PTO to stay at home and wait for them, however, they didn't respect the schedule (twice). They called us on the day of installation to tell us they would not come. If that was the only problem I would have given more stars. However, the installation guys Carpet Exchange sent to our house, simply destroyed our newly painted walls (see pics of some spots), really unprofessional! Not considering the installer lost his temper, yelled at me, and left without finishing the job when I pointed out the scratches on the wall. When we went to the store to tell them about our issue, the floor salesperson told us some of their installers don't do a good job and they usually send them to the older houses. A reputable organization needs to expect its service providers to demonstrate respect for every home regardless of age or condition. We would not recommend their services!
