First time using this company and asked for a heating/Air conditioning inspection and necessary service. Mark came out, did a thorough check and test of system and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable and answered all questions patiently. Glad to know of this business for any future issues that may arise with systems. Rate was very reasonable.
A coworker of mine had an A/C emergency when her air-conditioner went out yesterday. She needed someone to come out ASAP because she has a sweet little grandbaby at home that wasn't doing well with the heat at all. I told her about A/C Mechanical. They were thankfully able to squeeze her in same day and got their a/c up and running right away.
She informed me this morning that their little grandbaby slept so well last night after the A/C was fixed.

I called in for central AC maintenance/repair a month ago, was told I was on their schedule for 10 AM this morning (8/4/23) and the tech would call en route to Laramie. Its 11 AM and no one has shown up. So, I called in to the office and was told I was NOT on their schedule. When I explained I was told I WAS on their schedule a month ago, I was told their calendar crashed. I was also told they don't come to Laramie, which was a lie, as they serviced my furnace last Fall (and I didn't take it to Cheyenne for that work!) and they previously installed a new furnace in my home. When I explained these things, I was told they no longer have enough techs to serve people in Laramie. One excuse after another is not a good business practice and for those of you who might agree, I suggest you get your heating and AC service elsewhere!

My AC wasn’t working so I called AC Mechanical and they were to my house same day to fix it. I luckily didn’t have to go to bed without AC thanks to their responsiveness. I definitely recommend their services.

Props to Chris and Antonio for a high level of integrity, dedicated customer service, and simplicity.
Forget every other company and choose this team! They actually showed up first thing in the morning. They were professional, respectful, very knowledgeable. Without hesitation, they went the extra mile to guarantee my system provided me with a comfortable climate.
Some history:
My unit wasn't working for over a year. I had 5 other top listed google companies come out and look at my A/C. They all told, "the unit is too old, the freon is out and nobody can get it any more, they also said I need to either replace my furnace as well as look at getting a split unit for more efficiency." All 3 quotes were well above $10,000?! Not to mention the companies would come out for weeks or months to even look at my system. So I wasted a LOT time and almost wasted over $10,000.
I heard about A/C Mechanical looked them up on BBB, called them. They came out 2 days later and within minutes they found and replaced a bad capacitor ($37.50). My unit works perfectly right before the hottest part of the summer. Again, I can't stress enough. They are the best company you will deal with. I also made sure to get there maintenance package.

Bree is the best! I called to see if a technician could come to check my house because my CO detector went off this morning. She directed mee to the proper resources (energy company) to get this looked at immediately! I talked to other companies this morning who just wanted to book me for a week or two out and did not tell me the best information to keep my family safe! This is amazing and the type of reputable service that will have my family calling back for any service we need!!!!

We had AC Mechanical install a new central air unit in our house. We had an existing high efficiency Lennox furnace and the Lennox central air coil they installed fit perfectly! Great price and great customer service! Highly recommend getting a quote from these guys.

It is obvious that Ron hires guys that are knowledgeable but also who are customer service oriented. Tyson installed our furnace and did a fantastic job. He was careful about the newly cleaned carpet and communicated about everything! His work is remarkable. Ron has been great about helping us understand the process and with our furnace in our next house. Mike is just as great. He is smart and knows how to get things going.
This team is the best. We are setting them up for our service and for the next job we have. Will recommend them every chance we get!

Great customer service! Had some problems with the condenser unit and contacted AC Mech to schedule an technician to stop by and check it out. Travis stopped by and I explained what the problem was. He was very friendly and professional and took off his shoes when in the house! A diagnosis was performed on the unit and it turned out the contactor relay was corroded. Travis cleaned it and the unit kicked on smoothly with no problems. Definitely saved me $$$ from having to buy parts or a new unit.
