We just bought 5 brand new windows from Dabella and our rep. William Was listening to our needs and wants on pricing and windows and was able to get us very good pricing and approved. There was no pressure from anyone like there usually are from sells reps.Very pleased

William Kunert was very professional, informative and great to work with. We want to go with craneboard siding in the future and when we decide to go ahead with the project we will definitely only go thru him. We were really grateful that he was able to work with our schedule and the prices were really reasonable.

Major red flags at DeBella's! High-pressure sales tactics: * Beware of pushy salespeople who try to rush you into a decision and only want to talk about how to finance the project rather than providing the price. * Overpriced services: Get quotes from other companies before committing to DeBella's. * Messy - even for just a bid. Their sales tactics reek of timeshare scams: * Excessive time commitment: Expect long, drawn-out sales pitches with slides - of course. * Phony negotiation charades: The "call the boss" routine to get a "better price" feels fake. * Unprofessional practices: Handwritten warranties raise doubts about their commitment. If they are a 'real' company why don't they have their warranties and grantees already printed out to review. On top of it all, they harass with constant calls! After I declined their service, they bombard me with daily phone calls, with call center laughter in the background. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable.

Austin Baluska and Wyatt Kunert were the representatives that came out to do my window inspection they were very friendly and educated about the company and the product. I enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend working with Dabella and Austin and Wyatt!

Austin Baluska came out to do the estimate in the afternoon. He was very flexible knowing that we needed a late afternoon estimate time due to our hectic schedual. Austin came in and showed us the DeBella platform and deep root of family is the business model. Austin made sure that he found the best offer that he could. When we were unsure, he took the time to show us in detail the different types of window and options available for our situation. I would recommend DeBellas to anyone looking for a professional company for all your windows needs.

Extremely unprofessional company. The initial guy who came over to give us a quote on our roof would not leave our house even though we told him we were wanting to get different quotes. He stayed at our house for FOUR HOURS and made us buy a roof. Fast forward to the roof installation and there was very little communication over the whole thing. The shingles got installed, but they had ordered the wrong sized skylights and forgot that we had also requested new gutters in our contract. I was told the skylights would be installed the next day and the gutters the following day. The next day, a guy came out to install the gutters. He was not aware that the gutters were supposed to come with covers, so he had to come back the next day and install the covers. Never heard anything about the skylights. A week passed and still there had been zero communication on the skylights and we actually received an email that said our project was complete. I called the project manager and asked him for a timeline for the skylight installation. He promised the skylight installation guy would be out the very next day despite me saying that we still had snow on our roof and it would most likely be too cold. I sat at home all day waiting for the installer guy to show up, but surprise, he never did. Next day comes and the skylight installation guy comes out with who I can only assume was his FAMILY to install the skylights. This was super unprofessional in my eyes. Zero communication from anyone, and I was about to leave to take my dog to the vet. I would not recommend working with this company. Find another company that values their customers time and has the ability to clearly communicate project timelines.

I have been having issues all winter with heat escaping from my home through my windows. I met with Andrew Zielinski, and he was kind enough to explain to me how the quality of window insulation varies. He was a very accommodating and professional young man.

Thank you DaBella for sending Andy to my Mother’s house for an inspection of her home. Andy was very professional, showing us the problems with her windows and where the cold weather was coming in. Andy was very patient with my Mother, kindly going through the DaBella product list and clearly explaining the whole process from start to finish. Most salespeople are impatient with the elderly, not Andy!! He was so kind and thoughtful in his presentation, repeating if she was confused. Cheers to you DaBella for sending such a positive and encouraging salesman. I would highly recommend Andy for the Senior community!!
