I love doing business with Frontier Siding. They did what they said on time with a smile. I got roofing from them for my buildings. All went well.

The roofing metal we ordered was good. Our neighbor unloaded the semi-truck with his tractor since they had no way of unloading the metal. This was agreed upon before delivery. The truck came directly from Omaha, and was not employed by Frontier. The gutters were delivered separately, and the length quantities for each piece had to be given several times, even after ordering. It appears the only number they remembered was the total feet. Since they shape and cut the gutters from a continuous spool on-site, they must have misplaced the individual lengths we gave them, because they kept asking for them before delivery, and once again when they were on-site. They appeared to have problems driving to Laramie from Cheyenne, due to the wind, and had to reschedule delivery at least twice, maybe more. Very frustrating. At one point, we considered a refund and did request one. A final delivery was attempted, and successful. There was a bit of "attitude" which was not consistent with traditional Customer Service, but it's okay, because the owner himself made the delivery, therefore, he has the right to be "as rude as he wants," and he told us so. I think he was upset because he didn't want to drive to Laramie and does not know how to drive a truck in windy weather. In the future, I would avoid doing business with Frontier Siding Supply and would explore all other options before doing so.

Tiffany is the most knowledgeable vinyl siding person I have ever met! If she hasn't seen it, its never been made! Great place to do business!

I would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason. The people that do the work are fine. The woman that answers phones and confirms appointments has a VERY difficult time understanding the word YES. The lady called TWO TIMES before our chop and drop to make sure we would be there. Both times were answered by a very firm and non-confusing YES. Somehow the lady got very confused the next day and cancelled our chop and drop for gutters. Furthermore, blamed my wife and I for her inability to comprehend the meaning of the word YES. Get new help or at least make sure the person representing your business understands simple yes or no answers.
