Well i was a customer for over 8 yrs with Flyte and today was the last. Had rotors removed from the boxes in the trash cans and they threw them on the ground, So littering. Well nope im Not going ro put up with this. This town has enough trash blowing around from people tossing trash driving down the road. We don't need out trash companies doing the same. I have delt with new cans being trashed within a month and replacing them yearly. This has all been inexcusable and unprofessional. I won't be back.

This company's drivers will dump garbage all over the ground, and leave it all over, take your gargage cans, as well as personal property. They took another guys garbage cans and was caught on Video crushing his brand new garbage can with garbage in their truck and crush it. So if your missing a can and the 2 very heavy set bearded guys who drive and pick up its probably what happened. I have pics of the one in a camo hoodie throwing customers garbage cans and garbage in the truck and crushing them. He then throws garbage and other cans in the alley ways. He is the laziest POS working for them. Then the customer called and complained and the " Manager Chris" said on a recorded call he wasn't gonna do anything about it even tho he was told it's caught on video camera. This is bad customer service. Customers beware!! Try Cowboy Sanitation or Garbage Guys for great customers service!! Flyte Sanitation has gone down on custimer service but raise prices. They care nothing about their customer services, if their guys steal or destroy your property .

Chris was very helpful, and the service was extremely fast. I spoke to Chris about having a dumpster delivered just after 11:00, and the dumpster arrived at 12:20. It was one of the quickest and easiest transactions for service I've ever had. And the cost is very reasonable.

Chris is the most rudest and unprofessional person. Requested a discount for cleaning up a mess his guys left me after picking up my trash. Sent pictures to his receptionist of the mess and he denied ever hearing about it, which I know is a lie. Apparently my time is not as valuable as his. He was more than eager to cancel my service without acknowledging his pickup guys were at fault. Do not use this company. There is better company's out there. I hope Flyte gets put out of business with managers like Chris. Good riddance, more than happy to give my money to someone else!!!!

I was sad to discontinue my trash service today. The driver keeps putting my extra dumpster in my pasture instead of in the dumpster enclosure. I told the office a couple of times but they apparently have no control over their employees. When I called to discontinue they did not attempt to stop me or apologize for the trouble they just let me discontinue without incident. Their service is good and the staff is great but this incident didn’t work out for me.
