I deleted my original review because there was some miscommunication between myself and the service department so I’m eating crow and the feather are not tasty. Thank you Smith Rv in Casper for getting all over my trailer as soon as I pulled up. Thank you for the great service

We'd been traveling the country for months and suddenly started experiencing what turned out to be an electrical issue. We called several RV service dept. on our travels but all seemed too busy (one actually made an appointment with us but when we arrived was too busy to look at anything). We finally arrived in Evansville, WY and SMITH RV (Casey Edmunds) took great care of us immediately! Their technician quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and we were on our way within an hour!!!! What a great team of people AND what great work diagnosing the issue and getting it repaired. Thank you SMITH RV SALES & SERVICE, INC IN EVANSVILLE, WY!!!!

We stumbled upon SMITH RV while looking for a certain make and model Travel Trailer. My first phone call was answered within few rings, I was greeted by Ashley. Ashley answered all of my questions via phone and email and was more than happy to go out and take photos of the rig for me. We drove from Salt Lake City to purchase the rig, backed into their huge shop and they had us hooked up ready to go in a very short time. ( I bought a new Husky hitch system from them, they did a great installation and had us perfectly level ). We will most definitely go to SMITHs for our next RV.

Terrific Team at Smith's Rv!!! Everything was exactly as we had discussed and read regarding the Arctic Fox 22G we were interested in purchasing. We took a huge chance driving 1600 miles to LOOK at this rv only to find it was our dream come true! A special shout out to Ashley, Tim, Cassidy, James, Harley, Larry, Mike. I know I'm probably forgetting someone but Everyone was So genuine and sincere! This place puts honesty and integrity first and I'm proud to be owning a Smith's RV Sales and Service ArcticFox22G!

Only negative is that Google only allows 5 stars, these guys deserve 10. I only dealt with their service department, but I couldn't be happier. We were travelling through on our way to Yellowstone and had a broken faucet, bought one there and they had a tech go out and install it for me. In, out and back on the road within an hour. Then had another problem with the rubber roof on the way home to Texas, again they got us right in and made a great repair that got me home. Just wonderful service.
