My Maytag dishwasher is brand new -- five months old. It threw a "failure to drain" code. I filled the bottom with fresh hot water and sucked it out again with my shop vac several times, then ran some vinegar through the drain cycle. The dishwasher started draining again but is leaving residue on all the dishes. I called Lisa, and she recommended that I clean the dishwasher with a dishwasher cleaner and then with a bowl of ZEP. She said that it has no filter to clean and that taking it apart would not help. Instead of scheduling an expensive service call, she gave me ten minutes of her time and free advice. Thank you!

Hands down the worst appliance repair business in Campbell County. Called them over three weeks ago to fix my refrigerator. They showed up ran some tests and determined it was a part that would cost $700. At that time I and my significant other determined we would just pay it and get it done and over with. Part showed up a week later and their “repair tech” came and installed it. Says “I’m 99% percent sure I fixed it. Should start regulating temp correctly by tomorrow.” Three days later we called saying it isn’t working. Of course they pushed it to the side and said we will be there next week. They showed up that following week and determined they had replaced the wrong part after already charging us. Long story short this isn’t a “repair” company. They throw parts at it until they finally figure out the problem all while continuing to charge you. Him and his wife completely robbed us of money and still haven’t fixed the fridge. THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!!

Kevin was able to come on very short notice to service the machine that they installed for me last year. We love our Speed Queen! It was making a funny noise and I was able to send an audio clip to them so they knew just what to listen for. Even though my machine did not make the sound when he came to check it out, they gave me a 30 day service warranty so that if I heard the sound again, they would come back without another charge to check it out! That afternoon, as I did a load of towels, there was the sound again. I called Lisa and she got me right back on the schedule with no hesitation. Kevin and Lisa have been a blessing to our family in several crisis situations with appliances, usually right before family is coming into town to visit, and always interact with such high professional standards and great mercy for our situation. Kevin always takes the time to explain things to my children and both have been so kind to us over the years. I am thankful to have the Appliance Repair Co to call upon!

I waited until our service was done before giving them a rating. We had a very tricky fridge repair that to be honest took almost a month to fix off and on. However when it was all said and done he fixed our problem and because of all the issues we had he only charged us for the parts. They wouldn’t stop until the job was completed which I appreciated. I would definitely use them again.
